It is important to use your appliance safely. We recommend that you follow the guidelinesbelow.

• Storeany food inaccordance with thestorageinstructionsfromthe manufacturer.

Safetyaboutelectricity

To avoid the risks that are always present when using an electric appliance, we recommendthatyoupayattentionto theinstructionsaboutelectricitybelow.

• Wererecommendafteryouunpack the appliance and check through the appliance. Should any damage be evident, don't plugin the appliance but contact the shop immediately from which you purchase it. Keep all packing materials in this case.
• The appliance must be applied with single-phase alternating current of 220\~240V/50Hz.
• Themainsplugmustbeaccessible whentheapplianceisinstalled.
• Makesurethat the appliance is groundedproperly.Ifstillin doubt,call aqualifiedregisteredelectrician.
• Ifthefittedplugisnotsuitablefor yoursocketoutlets, itshouldbecutoff andcarefullydisposedof. To avoid a possible shock hazard, do not insert the discardedplugintoasocket. Ifin doubtcontactaqualified, registered electrician.

- Donot useextension cordsor multiple sockets which could cause overloadingofwiringcircuitsandcould causeafire.

● Alwaysplug yourapplianceintoits ownindividualelectricalsocketwhich hasavoltageratingthatmatchedthe ratingplate.
- Makesure that theplug isnot squashedordamaged. Otherwise, it may cause short circuit, electric shock oroverheatandevencauseafire.
- Don't insert themains plug if the socket is loose, there is a risk of electric shock or fire.
- Switchoff the appliance and disconnectitfromthemainspower before you cleanormoveit.
- Neverunplugthe applianceby pullingontheelectricalcord.Always griptheplugfirmlyandpullstraightout fromthesockettopreventdamaging

the power cord.

- Don't use the appliance without the light cover of interior lighting.

- Any electrical component must be replaced or repaired by a qualified electrician or authorized service engineer. Only genuine spares should be used.

- Don't use electrical appliances (such as ice cream makers) inside the food storage compartments of the appliance, unless they are approved by the manufacturer.

- If the LED light uncovered, do not look direct into with an optical instruments to avoid eye injuries. If it is not functioning correctly, consult a qualified, registered electrician.

Refrigerant

The refrigerant isobutene (R600a) is contained within the refrigerant circuit of the appliance, a natural gas with a high level of environmental compatibility, which is nevertheless flammable. During transportation and installation of the appliance, ensure that none of the components of the refrigerant circuit becomes damaged.

Caution: risk of fire

- Don't store products which contain flammable propellants(e.g. spray cans) or explosive substances in the appliance.

Should the refrigerant circuit be damaged:

- Avoid opening flames(candles, lamps etc.) and sources of ignition.

● Thoroughly ventilate the room in which the appliance is situated.

Service Note

This appliance employs Hydrocarbon Refrigerant type R600a.

It is hazardous for anyone other than an Authorized Service Person to service this appliance. In Queensland the authorized Service Person MUST hold a Gas Work Authorization for hydrocarbon refrigerants to carry out servicing or repairs which involve removal of covers.

Installingyournewappliance

Beforeusingtheapplianceforthefirst time,youshouldbeinformedofthe followingtips.

Ventilationofappliance

Inordertoimproveefficiency of thecoolingsystem and save energy, it is necessary to maintainingoodventilationaroundthe applianceforthedissipationofheat.

Forthisreason, sufficient clear space should be available around the refrigerator.

Suggest :Itisadvisablefortheretobe atleast75mmofspacefromtheback tothewall,atleast100mmfromits top,atlast100mmfromitssidetothe wallandaclearspaceinfronttoallow thedoorstoopen135°.Asshownin followingdiagrams.

Levelingofappliance

• Forsufficientleveling and air circulating in the lower rear section of the appliance, the bottom foot may need to be adjusted. You can adjust them manually by handor by using a suitable spanner.
• Toallowthedoortoself-close,tiltthe topbackwardsbyabout10mm.

Beforeyouusetheappliance,pleasecheck therefrigeratorhandle.Ifthehandlesis loose,pleaseadjustthembyusinganAllen wrenchintheclockwise directionuntil handleissecurelyinplace.thehandleis fitted with2 screws.

Displaycontrols

Allfunctionsandcontrolsoftheunitare accessible from a control panel convenientlylocatedonthedoorofthe refrigerator.Akeypadoftouchbuttons andadigitaldisplayalloweasy configurationoffeaturesandsettingsinasimpleandintuitivemanner.

Important! Touchbuttonsrequireonly ashortpressonabuttontooperate. Theoperationoccurswhenreleasing yourfingerfromthebutton,notwhile thebuttonispressed.Thereisnoneed forapplyingpressureonthekeypad. "Holiday"and"ChildLock"buttons requirealongtouchofaleast3sec. Pleaserefertothoserelatedsections ofthisManualfordetailedinstructions. Thecontrolpanelconsistsofthe indicatingtemperaturearea,fouricons representingdifferentmodesandsix touchbuttons.Whentheapplianceis poweredonfor the firsttime,the backlightofthedisplaypanelturnson. Ifnobuttonshavebeenpressedand thedoorremainsclosed,thebacklight willturnoffafter60sec.

Controllingthetemperature

Werecommendthatwhenyoustart yourrefrigeratorforthefirsttime,the temperaturefortherefrigeratorissetto 5°C.Ifyouwanttochangethe temperature,followtheinstructions below.

Caution! Whenyousetatemperature, yousetanaveragetemperatureforthe wholerefrigeratorcabinet.

Temperatureinsidethecompartment may vary from the temperature values displayed on the panel, depending on how much food you store and where you placethem. Ambient temperature may also affect the actual temperature inside the appliance.

11. Friöbge

Press "Fridge" buttonrepeatedly to set your desired fridgetemperature between 8°C and 2°C, the temperature will decrease 1 °C degrees with each press and the fridge temperature indicator will display corresponding value according to the following sequence.

2. SuperCool

SuperCoolcanrefrigeratethe foodquickerandkeepfood freshforalongperiod.

• Press"SuperCool"buttontoactivate thisfunction.TheSuperCooliconwill lightupandtheFridgetemperature indicatorwilldisplay2. °C Supercoolautomaticallyswitchesoff after6hours.
• Press“SuperCool”or“Fridge”to cancelsupercoolmodeandrevertto theprevioustemperaturesettings.

3.Holiday

Thisfunctionisdesignedto minimise the energy consumptionandelectricity

bills while the Fridge is not in use for a long period of time. You can activate this function by pressing "Holiday" button for 3 seconds until the Holiday light icon is illuminated.

Important! Do not store any food in the refrigerator chamber during this time.

• When the holiday function is activated, the temperature of the refrigerator is automatically switched to 15°C to minimise the energy consumption. The refrigerator temperature setting displays “-”.
• Press "Holiday", "Fridge" or "Super Cool" button for a short to cancel Holiday mode and revert to previous temperature settings.

4. Alarm

In case of alarm, "Alarm" icon will light up and a buzzing sound will start.

Press "Alarm" button to stop alarm and buzzing then "Alarm" icon will turn off.

Caution! When the refrigerator is turned on after a period of inactivity, the Alarm may be activated. In this case, press "Alarm" button to cancel it.

Door Alarm

The alarm light on and a buzzing sound indicate abnormal conditions, such as accidentally a door left open.

● Leaving the door of refrigerator open for over 2 minutes will activate a door alarm and buzzer. The buzzer will beep 3 times per minute for 10 minutes. Closing the door cancels the door alarm and buzzer.
● To save energy, please avoid keeping the door open for a long time when using refrigerator. The door alarm can also be cleared by closing the door.

5. Power

If you want to stop using it, you can turn the appliance off by pressing "Power" button.

• When the refrigerator is working, you can switch the appliance off by pressing "Power" button for 5 seconds, meanwhile the display panel will be turned off.
  Important! Do not store any food in the fridge during this time.
• When the appliance is power off, you can switch the appliance on by pressing "Power" button for 1 second, and the refrigerator returns to the previous temperature setting.

6. Child Lock

You can press the "Child Lock" button in case children touch the buttons

to avoid wrong set. When the Child Lock function is activated, pressing the other buttons would not work except "Alarm" button.

• When the appliance is unlocked, you can activate the Child Lock function by pressing "Child Lock" button for 3 seconds, meanwhile "Child Lock" icon will be illuminated.
• When the Child Lock function is activated, you can switch off this function by pressing "Child Lock" button for 3 seconds, meanwhile "Child Lock" icon will be turned off.

Doorrack

Therefrigeratorchamberisfittedwith doorrackssuitableforstoringcanned liquid,bottleddrinksandpackedfood. Donotplacealargeamountofheavy foodanditemsinsidedoorracks.

Note: Thereisaneggtrayprovided thatshouldbelocatedintheupper rack.

ShelfinRefrigeratorchamber

- Thereareshelvesinrefrigerator chamber, and they can be taken out to be cleaned.

Crispercover

- Itisforcontrollingthetemperature of thecrisperandavoidingthevegetable losingmoisture.

Moisturefreshcrisper

- Itissuitableforthestorageoffruits and vegetable.

Crisisperaredithinidityarctnolol

●The crisper is for storing vegetables and fruits. You can adjust the humidity inside by using the sliding block.

- The sliding block on crispercover can slid to left or right and the air hole become more or less relatively. More airhole opening means less humidity and less means more humidity.

- We recommend that you store vegetables with more humidity and fruits less humidity.

- When you remove the crisper, pull them forward, then lift the crisper off the roll wheels. Rememberto empty food in the crisper firstly.

Bottleholder

The bottleholder can be used to fix the bottle.

• Trytoavoidkeepingthedooropen forlongperiodsinordertoconserve energy.

• Don'tsetthetemperaturecolderthan necessary.
• Don't store warm food over evaporating liquid in the appliance.
• Place the appliance in a well ventilated, humidity free, room. Please referto installing your new appliance chapter.
• Ifthediagramshowsthecorrect combinationforthedrawers,crisper and shelves,do not adjust the combinationasthisisdesignedtobe themostenergyefficientconfiguration.

Hintsforfreshfoodrefrigeration

- Donotplacehotfooddirectlyinto the refrigerator, the internal temperaturewillincreaseresulting inthecompressorhavingtowork harder and will consume more energy.

• Docoverorwrap the food particularly ifithasastrong flavor.
• Placefood properly so that air can circulate freely around it.

• Meat(AllTypes)Wrapinpolythene food:Wrapandplaceontheglassshelf abovethevegetabledrawer.Always followfoodstoragetimesanduseby datessuggestedbymanufacturers.
• Cookedfood, colddishes, etc.: They should be covered and maybe placed on any shelf.
• Fruitandvegetables: They should bestored in the special drawer provided.
• Butterandcheese: Shouldbe wrapped in airtightfoil or plasticfilmwrap.
• Milkbottles: Shouldhavealidandbestoredinthe doorracks.

If the applianceneedstobeswitched offoranextendedperiod, the following step should be taken prevent mould on the appliance.

1. Removeallfood.
2. Removethepowerplugfromthe mainssocket.
3. Cleananddrytheinteriorthoroughly.
4. Ensure that all the doors are wedged, as well as to allow airculate.

Cleaning and care

Forhygienicreasonstheappliance (including exterior and interior accessories) should be cleaned regularly at least every twomonths.

Caution! The appliance must not be connected to the mains during cleaning. Danger of electrical shock! Before cleanings switch the appliance off and remove the plug from themains socket.

Exteriorcleaning

Tomaintaingoodappearanceofyour appliance,youshouldcleanitregularly.
-Wipethedigitalpanelanddisplay panelwithaclean,softcloth.
-Spraywater onto thecleaning cloth insteadofsprayingdirectlyonthe surfaceoftheappliance. Thishelps ensureanevendistributionofmoisture tothesurface.

-Cleanthedoors, handles and cabinet surfaces with amilddetergent and then wiped dry with asoft cloth.

Caution!

-Don'tusesharpobjectsastheyare likelytoscratchthesurface.

-Don'tuse Thinner, Cardetergent, Clorox, etherealoil, abrasive cleansers or organic solvents such as Benzenefor cleaning. They may damage the surface of the appliance and may cause fire.

Interiorcleaning

Youshouldcleantheapplianceinterior regularly.Itwillbeeasiertocleanwhen foodstocksarelow.Wipetheinsideof thefridgefreezerwithaweaksolution ofbicarbonateofsoda,andthenrinse withwarmwaterusingawrung-out spongeorcloth.Wipecompletelydry beforereplacingtheshelvesand baskets.

Thoroughly dry all surfaces and removable parts.

Although this appliance automatically defrosts, alayeroffrostmayoccuron thefreezercompartment's interiorwalls if thefreezerdoorisopened frequently or keptopentoolong. If the frostistoo thick, choose atimewhenthesupply of food stocks are low and proceedings follows:

1. Remove existing food and accessories baskets, unplug the appliance from themainspower and appliance from themainspower and leavethedoorsopen. Ventilatethe room thoroughly to accelerate the

thawingprocess.

Caution! Only after the door seals are completely dry should the appliance be powered on.

ReplacingtheLEDlight

Warning: The LEDlight must not be replaced by the user! If the LEDlight is damaged, contact the customer helpline for assistance. Tore placethe LEDlight, the below step scan be followed:

1. Unplug your appliance.

2. Remove light cover by pushing up andout.

3. Hold the LED cover with one hand and pull it with the other hand while pressing the connector latch.

4. Replace LED light and snap it correctly in place.

Troubleshooting

If you experience a problem with your appliance or are concerned that the appliance is not functioning correctly, you can carry out some easy checks before calling for service, please see below. You can carry out some easy checks according to this section before calling for service.

Themotorruns continuously	It is normal to frequently hear the sound of the motor, it will needtorunmorewheninfollowingcircumstances:TemperaturesettingissetcolderthannecessaryLarge quantity of warm food has recently been stored withintheappliance.Thetemperatureoutsidetheapplianceistoohigh.Doorsarekeptopentoolongortoooften.After your installing the appliance or it has been switched offforalongtime.
Alayeroffrost occursinthe compartment	Check that the air outlets are not blocked by food and ensure food is placed within the appliance to allow sufficient ventilation.Ensurethatdoorisfullyclosed.Toremovethe frost,pleaserefertocleaningandcarechapter.
Temperatureinside istoowarm	You may have left the doors open too long or too frequently; orthedoorsarekeptopenbysomeobstacle;orthe appliance is located with insufficient clearance at the sides, backandtop.
Temperatureinside istoocold	Increase the temperature by following the “Display controls” chapter.
Doors can't be closed easily	Check whether the top of the refrigerator is tilted back by 10-15mm to allow the door to self close, or if something inside is preventing the doors from closing.
Waterdripsonthe floor	The waterpan (located at therear bottom of the cabinet) may not be properly leveled, orthedraining spout located underneath the top of the compressor depot may not be properly positioned to direct water into this pan, or the waterspout is blocked. You may need to pull the refrigerator away from the wall to check the pan and spout.
The light is not working	● The LED light may be damaged. Refertoreplace LED lights in cleaning and care chapter.● The control system has disabled the lights due to the door being kept open to long, close and reopen the doort to reactivate the lights.

Disposaloftheappliance

It is prohibited to dispose of this appliance as household waste.

Packagingmaterials

Packaging materials with the recycle symbol are recyclable. Dispose of the packaging into a suitable waste collection container to recycle it.

Beforedisposaloftheappliance

1. Pullout themains plug from themains socket.
2. Cutoff the power cord and discard with the mains plug.

Warning! Refrigerators contain refrigerant and gases in the insulation.

Refrigerant and gases must be disposed of professionally as they may cause eye injuries or ignition. Ensure that tubing of the refrigerant circuit is not damage prioritoproperdisposal.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Washing Machine and Refrigeration

1. HISENSE Australia will provide parts and labour to you the Customer as set out herein.

2. Nothing in the warranty, limits any rights you may have under the trade practices act or any other Commonwealth or State Legislation. Such rights cannot be changed by the conditions in this warranty. Subject to the conditions below this appliance is warranted by Hisense and/or its Agents to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase ("Warranty period").

The inverter motor of washing machines has part replacement warranty of 11 years in total. The inverter motor parts only warranty does not include labour costs and must be verified by Hisense certified service Agent.

1. This warranty: -

a. covers products purchased as NEW, manufactured for use in Mainland Australia and Tasmania;
b. commences from the date of purchase as listed on the Customers invoice;
c. provides for the labour and replacement parts necessary to maintain your product in good operating condition as specified in this warranty however, if repair is needed because of product failure during normal usage, Hisense has the option to repair or replace the defective product or part of the product with a product or part of the product of like kind and quality and a replacement part may be new or reconditioned of like kind and quality and may cost less than the original product purchased and no charges or refunds will be made based on the replacement product cost difference;
d. Applies only to items purchased from Hisense Authorised resellers
e. applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred;
f. is only applicable when your appliance is used in a domestic environment;
g. Covers products for commercial purposes for a period of 90 Days from the date of purchase.

4.Product Identification

a. Hisense reserves the right to reject claims for any services or work where the Customer requesting such work or services from Hisense and/or its agents cannot produce for verification the serial number and the proof of purchase as per original purchase invoice.
b. The warranty will be voided if any Serial Number sticker provided to be placed on the equipment is damaged, modified or removed.
c. In the event that a request for repair is made against a warranty where the Serial Number sticker is not attached to the product or the customer cannot produce for verification the original invoice, the repairer will not perform any repairs on the product and the Customer will be charged a service call-out fee.

1. What is covered by this warranty

a. The equipment is covered for faulty workmanship on parts that have failed under normal use which are contained within the product.

b. Hisense and/or its Agents will decide if there are any defects in the material and/or workmanship

c. This warranty is only applicable for repairs on declared equipment carried out within Mainland Australia and Tasmania

6.What is not Covered by this warranty (excluded):-

a. any damage or failure:

i. of equipment due to the product being inadequately serviced or maintained as per manufacturer's recommendations;
ii. resulting from environmental conditions including and not limited to dirt, dust, rodents, insects, rust, corrosion, salt built-up, of any part of the product including its parts; or

iii. resulting from excessive use "fair wear and tear";

iv. resulting from poor installation including and not limited to positioning and externally fitted equipment such as plumbing and drainage, or incompatibility of connected equipment;

v. to the product caused by overheating as a result of sitting or positioning of the equipment, where there is not provision for adequate ventilation, drainage or a dust free environment;

vi. caused if your appliance has been dismantled, repaired or serviced by any person other than someone authorized by Hisense;

vii. to a product or components, caused by power surges or spikes, including and not limited to, mains power and telecommunications connections, or to other unspecified sources, incorrect power current, voltage fluctuation, amperage fluctuation, rust or corrosion;

viii. Any form of physical damage of unknown cause, including snapped, damaged or broken parts, collision with another object,

use of which it is not designed, negligence, accident or deliberate misuse, theft, abuse, vandalism, flood, fire, earthquake, electrical storms or any other act of God, any war related events or terrorism.

b. costs of attendance and testing where no mechanical or electrical failure is identified;

c. initial setup and installation of the product;

d. Normal maintenance costs and costs incurred through the installation of items listed as requiring periodic replacement;

e. products with removed or altered serial numbers;

f. consumables such as but not limited to bulbs/globes, batteries, remote controls or filters;

g. removal repair or reinstallation of internal component not performed by or approved by Hisense authorized service centre;

h. cosmetic or structural items;

i. Any failures due to the interference from or to other products and/or sources.

1. The Warranty Ceases if: -

a. The product ceases to carry the original manufacturer's serial number or is sold at an auction;

b. The product is rented;

c. Damage to the product has occurred as listed in point 6. h

d. Failure to pay monies owing on invoices as a result of non-warranty work been carried out at the request of the end user as per point 15.

1. Neither Hisense nor its representatives provide loan equipment under the terms of this warranty.

2. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Any unauthorized access to the internal hardware or firmware of the product will void this warranty.

4. Replacement items are "Like for like" and is not "new for old" and does not indicate in any way that a faulty product will be replaced with a new part or unit. "Like for like" may either be a quality checked (QC) refurbished or reconditioned unit of the same or equivalent model, size, specifications or features.

5. If your product is 130 litres capacity or under or if you reside outside of the service coverage area this warranty does not cover the costs of transportation or travel expenses to and from your home. Our service coverage area includes a 25km radius of the nearest Hisense authorised retailer or 25km from the Hisense authorised service agent.

6. Hisense accepts no liability for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen as a result of freight, transport or storage. If you are required to transport the appliance to an authorized service centre, you must ensure that it is securely packed and insured.

7. On Public Holidays or other periods when regular business and wholesale operations are temporarily ceased, repairer availability and warranty response times may extend beyond the standard response times due to the availability of repairers and parts.

15.Any repair performed on a product under the warranty where no fault can be found, or the item is deemed by Hisense, or an authorized Hisense agent, to be not faulty under this warranty, or the repair or fault is not covered under the warranty, a No Fault Found fee is payable by the warranty holder of a minimum of \$125 inc GST.

1. Any repairs or services required that are outside of the terms and conditions of the warranty can be carried out at the request of the customer or due to site attendance were fault is not covered under warranty as the product not been installed or setup correctly; a credit card may be required prior to the commencement of such services.
