How do I pair the speaker with my phone?

Ensure the speaker is off. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Switch the speaker's ON/OFF/TWS switch to ON. Select 'Valore BTS21' from the device list. The LED will turn solid blue when connected.

How do I charge the speaker?

Connect the provided Micro USB cable to the charging port on the back of the speaker and a USB power source. Charge for at least 8 hours before first use. The speaker should be off while charging.

How to use TWS (True Wireless Stereo) mode?

Place both speakers within 3 meters. Set both speakers' ON/OFF/TWS switch to TWS. Wait ~30 seconds until they pair (red and blue flashing). Then connect your phone to 'Valore BTS21'.

What to do if the speaker won't connect?

Make sure the battery is charged, the speaker is within 1 meter of your device, and it is not already connected to another device. Turn the speaker off and on, then try pairing again.

How to change the LED moodlight?

With the speaker ON, press the Moodlight Mode button to cycle through 7 different modes. Long press the button to turn the moodlight on or off.

Can I play music from a Micro SD card?

Yes. Insert a Micro SD card into the slot. Press the M button to switch to Micro SD mode. Music will play automatically.

How to adjust volume and skip tracks?

Short press the Next/Volume+ button to go to next track, short press Previous/Volume- to go to previous track. Long press either to adjust volume up or down.

What should I do if there is no sound?

Check that the volume on both the speaker and your device is turned up. Ensure the music track is in a playable format. Re-pair the Bluetooth connection.

Can I use the speaker while charging?

START USING THE WIRELESS SPEAKER

1) Charging the wireless speaker

Connect the USB charging cable provided to the Micro USB charging port located at the back of the speaker.

Note: Please charge the speaker for at least 8 hours before first use. Please make sure that the speaker is switched off when charging is in progress.

2) Pairing the wireless speaker (switched off)

Single:

Step 1: Activate Bluetooth function on your mobile device to begin pairing with speaker.

Step 2: Switch on the speaker by shifting the ON/OFF/TWS switch to ON.

Step 3: Connect to the speaker by selecting 'Valore BTS21' under the device list.

Step 4: Once connected, the LED light at the will be solid blue.

Twin Speaker:

Step 1: Place both speaker together (within 3 metres) and shift bothe speaker to TWS. Red and blue led will flash alternatively. Wait about 30 seconds for speakers to finish pairing.

Step 2: Activate Bluetooth function on your mobile device. Select 'Valore BTS21' under the device list to connect.

Note: When in both speakers are connected, turn off either speaker, TWS function will be turn off.

If the pairing is not successful, please turn off wireless speaker first, and then re-pair again. After pairing is successful, paired devices will remember each other. Unless pairing information is deleted because of new pairing, no need to pair when using the next time.

If you want to pair the wireless speaker with other devices, please turn off Bluetooth function of existing source device, and pair the wireless speaker with the new device according to steps 1-4 mentioned above.

3) Wireless speaker controls

Pause/Play/Answer: Short press to play/pause music. Short press to answer. Short press to hang up. Long press to reject call.

Previous/Volume - : Short press to go to previous song. Long press to reduce volume.

Next/Volume + : Short press to go to next song. Long press to increase volume.

Multi-functional button(M) : Short press to switch between Aux, Micro SD and bluetooth mode.

4) LED mode

Under ON mode, press Moodlight Mode button to change LED (7 different LED mode), long press to turn off/on moodlight.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Issue 1: Speaker is unable to connect successfully to your mobile device

Problem 1: Speaker's battery is flat

Solution: Fully charge the speaker (6 hours) and retry connection with your mobile device.

Problem 2: Speaker not paired to your mobile device

Solution: Make sure that the speaker is successfully paired upon selecting ‘Valore BTS21’ in the device list.

Problem 3: Speaker and mobile device too far apart

Solution: Make sure that the speaker is within a metre range during pairing and connection.

Problem 4: Speaker is connected to other mobile device

Solution: Make sure that the speaker has already been disconnected before making a new connection with a new device.

Issue 2: Sound from the speaker is too soft or silent

Problem 1: Speaker's battery is low / flat

Solution: Fully charge the speaker (6 hours) and retry connection with your mobile device.

Problem 2: Speaker or mobile device's volume is too low

Solution: Turn the volume of the speaker or mobile device up to increase the volume.

Problem 3: Music track may not be audible

Solution: Make sure that the music track is of a playable format for the mobile device.

Problem 4: Speaker and mobile device might not be connected properly.

Solution: Repeat the connection step via Bluetooth again to make sure that it is connected properly and try again.
