How do I clear a paper jam in the KX-MB1667CN?

Open the front or rear cover depending on the jam location. Use the green lever to release pressure, gently remove the paper, then close the cover. Press Stop to clear the error.

How do I replace the toner cartridge?

Open the front cover, remove the drum unit, then pull out the old toner cartridge. Unpack the new one, shake it gently, and insert it into the drum. Reinstall the drum and close the cover.

The printer displays 'Add Toner' but I just replaced it. What should I do?

Ensure the toner cartridge is correctly seated and the protective tape is removed. If the message persists, try turning the printer off and on. If still present, the drum may need replacement.

How do I clean the scanner glass?

Open the document cover and wipe the glass and white backing plate with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth with mild detergent, then dry thoroughly.

Can I print on both sides (duplex)?

This model does not have automatic duplex printing. You can manually print on both sides by feeding the paper again after the first side prints.

How do I connect the printer to my computer via USB?

Connect the USB cable to the printer (port located on the back) and to your computer. Install the drivers from the included CD or Panasonic website. The printer should be automatically detected.

Why is my fax not sending?

Check that the phone line is connected to the LINE jack and the other device (if any) to EXT. Ensure the fax number is correct and the receiving machine is ready.

How do I scan to email?

Configure email settings via the printer's menu: set SMTP server, port, and authentication. Then press SCAN, select Email, enter the recipient, and send.

The printer prints blank pages. What could be wrong?

Remove and reinstall the toner cartridge. Check if the drum is properly seated. If the toner is low, replace it. Also, clean the corona wire inside the printer (refer to manual).

How do I reset the printer to factory defaults?

Press Menu # then 1 1 0, select Reset, and confirm. Note: This will clear all custom settings, including stored phone numbers and network configurations.
