How do I insert the SIM card into the BWATCH-KIDS-R?

Turn off the watch. Locate the SIM slot on the back (usually under a small cover). Insert a standard micro SIM card with the gold contacts facing up and the cut corner aligned. Ensure it clicks into place. Close the cover securely and turn on the watch.

How do I set up the SOS numbers?

Open the companion app (Brigmton Kids) on your phone. Go to Settings > SOS Numbers. Enter up to 3 emergency numbers. When the child presses the SOS button for 3 seconds, the watch will call these numbers in sequence.

Can the watch be used for two-way voice communication?

Yes. It has a voice messaging function: press the talk button to send a voice message. It also supports Friends mode (walkie-talkie) between two compatible watches. Additionally, the app allows you to send voice messages to the watch.

How do I track the child's location in real time?

Open the app and tap Locate on the main screen. The watch will send its GPS and LBS coordinates, displayed on a map. You can also set up geofences to receive alerts when the child enters or leaves a designated area.

What should I do if the watch is not charging?

Check the magnetic pogo pins on the charger and watch back; clean them if dirty. Ensure the charger is connected to a USB power source (5V/1A). If the battery is completely drained, it may take a few minutes to show a charging indicator. Try a different USB cable or power adapter.

Is the watch waterproof?

It has an IP67 rating, meaning it is dust-tight and can withstand immersion in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. However, it is not suitable for swimming or showering. Avoid pressing buttons underwater.

How do I add a new contact to the watch?

Contacts are managed through the app. Open the app, go to Contacts or Phonebook, and add numbers. Sync the watch by connecting via Bluetooth or refresh the device list. The watch will update automatically when connected to the app.

What type of SIM card does the watch require?

A standard micro SIM (not nano) with 2G network support. The watch is not compatible with 3G/4G-only SIMs. Ensure the SIM has an active data plan and SMS capability for full functionality.

How do I set the time on the watch?

Time is automatically synchronized via the app when the watch is connected. If manual setting is needed, open the app > Settings > Time Zone and select the correct time zone. The watch will update after sync. Alternatively, go to Settings > Language & Time on the watch (if accessible).

Battery life is poor; how can I improve it?

Reduce GPS polling frequency in the app under Tracking Interval. Turn off unnecessary features like Friends or Voice Chat when not in use. Enable School Mode during school hours to restrict functions. Also ensure the watch firmware is up to date.

FUNCTIONING

Turn on the device by pressing the ON / OFF button and you will access the main screen where you can see the time and main functions. Insert the SIM card. Slide the screen to the left to see the other functions. Press in the center of the screen to access each of them:

- Contacts (Phone Book): Access the contact list of the card

- Messages (talk): You can receive and send voice messages. Press the button to record the message.

- Friends (Make friends): Two different clocks can connect to each other and talk through the microphone and speaker.

- Steps (Step): Start the pedometer from the application and it will tell you the steps taken.

- Application: scan the code to download the application for your smartpone.

Press the green button to return.

Once you download the application, choose the language and register. Scan the QR code that appears on the back of your watch or enter the number. This code / number is unique for device.

APPLICATION

Once you install and configure the application according to the previous steps, when you open it, the location map will appear:

In the upper left corner the button will allow you to configure options such as pedometer (Health), set the disconnection time (do not disturb), Alarms,

Messages and Rewards, which allow you to reward the behavior of the person using the device.

In the upper right corner the button will allow you to access the account settings and personal data.

In the lower left corner the button allows you to see the connected devices.

In the lower right corner you can see the connected friends.

In the lower bar you can find shortcuts to some of the options described above.

LOCALIZE: If you press locate, it will send an SMS message to the device that will return the location of the device, which you can see on the map in real time.

TALK: Pressing this button allows you to send a text or voice message to the device.

In the center of the lower bar you will find the general SETTINGS button to control the operation of the device:

• SOS / Family number: You can set up to 3 direct dial numbers
