- When you dispose of your old refrigerator and heaters, remove any doors. Children can succede if they get improved inside.

- This appliance is not intended for use by session (including children), with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

This appliance contains a small quantity of lignmable ROSCo refrigerator. Avoid soley hazards by carefully involving, handling, servicing and disposing at the appliance.

- Ensure that the tubing of the religerant circuit is not damaged using transportation and installation.

- Leasing refrigerant may house eye injuries or girdles. - The room for installing opolance must be at least 1 m³ per 8g of refrigerant. The amount of refrigerant in the appliance can be found on the rating plate inside the opolance.

INSTALLING YOUR NEW APPLIANCE

Adequate ventilation around your refrigerator

The diagram below shows the recommended space to allow or ventilation of your refrigerator.

If you do not have a cupboard above the refrigerator with a rear gap of min. run 100 mm (Y), recommended clearance at the rear of the refrigerator are as follows All models except WBES160SC

If gap (Y) is not a min. nor 100mm, then gap (X) increases from 50mm to 90mm min.

Please note for model WBE5160SC

gap (Y) is not a mir over 100mm, then gap (Z) increases from 10mm to 45mm min.

When positions in a corner area, spacing of all door 350mm on the hinge side will be low the doors to open enough to enable the removal of oils and shelves. Note: For those models with telescopic extensions on slide-out bins, the clearance required increases from 350mm to 550mm for top mount and bottom mount models; and to 450mm for the all refrigerator model to allow full access to the bins' comments as well as pin removal.

NOTE

Does are designed to all proud of cabinetry (not flat). The clearances shown above are the recommended minimum clearances. The clearance at the roof must not exceed 75mm.

Installing your refrigerator

Your new refrigerator should arrive with the front adjustable rollers wound down, to tilt the top backwards by about 20mm front upright. This will allow your refrigerator door to self-close, providing a consistent closed seal.

CAUTION

The 'ellers are designed for forward or backward movement only. They are not casters. Moving the refrigerator sideways any damage your floor and the roters.

2 The top of the refrigerator should be tilted back by 20mm (see diagram on left). This will allow the doors to sell close providing a condien door seal.
3. If the refrigerator isn't tilted back, you can colour the two front rollers by tuning the large, plastic roller nut (see diagram below). One run of the tire will till the refrigerator back approximately. Often, if you have difficulty tuning the roller nut, have someone till the refrigerator back, so you have a series access. Alternatively, you can access the rollers from the side, using a 10 screwdriver. [See diagram below].

INSTALLING YOUR NEW APPLIANCE ICE AND WATER INSTALLATIONINITIAL START-UP

  1. When you have the appliance in its first position, it needs to be stabilized. Wind the vicinity floor down to the floor until it just moves contact with the floor. It's the front of the appliance to take the weight off the stability foot, then turn a ½ inch further to ensure time contact with the floor. Before you put any food in your refrigerator, it's recommended you leave it on for 2 or 3 hours to check it is running properly.

Congratulations! You have successfully installed your new refrigerator.

Refrigerator work by transferring heel from the face walls to the outside of. This operation moves the back and sides of the refrigerator (particularly at startup) feel worn - which is normal.

A cooling coil is located behind the rear wall of the freezer section (in top mount, bottom mount and freezer models) and behind the crisper in the refrigerator models. This coil cools and removes moisture from the air inside.

Avoid placing food against the air vents in the refrigerator, as it affects the efficient circulation. If the door is opened frequently, a light-hesting will occasionally occur on the freezer's interior. This is normal one will clear after a few days. The external water filter kit

An external water filter and connection kit has been supplied for use with your ice & Water refrigerator. The external filter design allows more space within the refrigerator and provides double the life of previous filters reducing the root of replacement.

The filter is designed to significantly reduce chlorine, taste, colour, heavy metals, turbidity, lead-insect and scale build up. The included plastic water tube allows quick connection to the filter and is designed for high humidity and kink resistance.

This filter is designed only to be used with a potable water supply. It should not be used on water that is micro-technically used or with water of unknown acidity. The filter should be replaced every 12 months. The service file or the filter may be reduced in water supplies that contain an excess of pellets or other impurities. Reduced flow rate is an indication that it is required, failure or replace the filter when required can affect the function of the ice maker. Service calls caused by a failure to replace the filter are not covered by warranty.

Please read before beginning installation

The water connection to your ice and water product can be self-installed. It is recommended that you seek advice from a licensed plumber (if necessary) before commencing the installation.

CAUTION

Your warranty may be voided by an incorrect installation.

Water supply and plumbing

A drinkable water supply to suit a 1/2" tap hirt is required adjacent to the refrigerator. In a recommended that a licensed pump or install a new water supply outlet near to the appliance should be the hirt supplied no be long enough. In a non recommended that the tubing be extended as this could adversely affect the flow of water to the ice maker or water dispenser.

The water disperser and automatic ice rakes require a drinkable water supply with a pressure range of between 206 kPa and 689 kPa (30PSI and '00PSI). If the water supply is above 100 psi a pressure liming valve should be involved.

It is recommended that a Note Reduction Valve also be fined in the water supply line. This will reduce water hammer and its officers from quick action household radios and fast using valves on appliances. The re-genderor water valve is one filled with a push kit connector for inserting the water tube. Where the tap connection is other than 1/2" adaptors can be purchased from plumbing supply stores or good hardware stores.

Water filter

locate the water filter or close or possible to the water supply up in a vertical position where possible. The filter will need to be repeated every 12 months to prevent excess filtered microorganism building, and thus ensure continuous purified water and ice supply for you and your family. Replacement water from are available from Electronic Home Products Spine Park Centres and can be asked to you for your convenience (refer to back page for contact details).

CAUTION

If the appliance is not connected to a water supply, ensure that the ice maker is switches of "refer to STE ^1 I overload" if you don't do this a loud buzzing noise will be heard intermittently. Never install the water filter in an area of ice and sunlight. Check for water leaks at oil water connection points in the last 2 to 3 hours after installation, and correct it in case of any water leak. Using a large container or the water dispenser to clear air from lines. This may take a few minutes. Purge and dispense a minimum of 2 lines of water, initial water may be back in colour. TIPS & INFORMATION

Controlling the temperature

We recommend that when you start your refrigerator for the first time, the temperature for the refrigerator is so to 3°C and the freezer to -1.5°C. Freezer temperature alarm

Make sure nothing is looking the freezer door open and move any warm food away from the temperature sensor. If the freezer is still too warm after 50 minutes, the alarm will sound again, indicating that something may be wrong with the air generator.

NOTE The freeze-temperature alarm can be reset for 12 hours by holding the alarm reset button continuously at 10 seconds.

Door alarm

The bridge or freezer door is off open for more than two minutes, the deck will busy and the refrigerator icon in the corner or no display will flash indicating which door is open. Filter replacement

When your filter requires replacement, Order filter and Replace filter icons will occur as a reminder to both order and replace the water filter. Door storage bins

The top mount mode, bottom mount freezer model and oil refrigerator models are filled with door storage bins. These bins adjust to most different storage needs. All no door bins are completely removed for cleaning. If you want to remove or adjust a bin, lift it over the support lugs on the time door pane. To replace, push the bin down over the support lugs to lock in place.

Dairy compartment

Use the dirty compartment to smoke foods like butter, margarine and cheeses. The compartment is slightly warmer than the rest of the refrigerator compartment, while the lid provides protection against odours.

Deli bin [where fitted]

Use the deli bin to store foods like smallgoods fresh or cooked meat and cheese, or as an additional crisp. The tin will be prevented strong food odour in creeping into the rest of the refrigerator. To remove the deli bin, pull it forward, then lift it up and pull it further forward.

Crisper bin

Use the images by to store vegetables, fruit or meat goods. Change the humidity by sliding the humidity control.

Removal (standard Crisper Bins)

  1. Empty food from the drawer.
  2. Remove the crisper bir(s), by pulling forward, then up and forward again.

3 Remove the chapel shelf by filling the coaches on the underside of the shelf and pulling the shelf forward.

Removal — easy glide (on telescopic extension slides) 1. Remove the cisper joints by pulling forward, then up and forward again, lifting the bin off the slides. Push the slides back into the refrigerator.

Storosafe™ lockable bins (where fitted) These bins are designed to store items like cosmetics and medicines. They slide on for entry access. The left home bin has a look that is operated by turning the knob located on the blear area between the bins. It is may be turned with a coin. You can remove the Storosafe™ bin(s) for coating. Remove the bin by simply pulling past the stop in the northwest. You will need to lift the bin while pulling it to wear. A small amount of lacer may be required to overcome the front stop.

WARNING

Never store solvents or commutable materials like nail polish, remover or lighter fluid inside your refrigerator. They will affect the life of the plastic components and may treat stored food.

  3. Oper the bin to access the finger tabs of the ends of the telescopic class, on each side of the bin. Using your thumb and touching, lift the bin over the end of the slice and clip in place. If the drawer is not fully engaged on the slide, it's possible the drawer won't stay on the slide if fully extended.

  1. Remove the ice bin and ice cube tray. If the ice tray assembly is frozen to the carriage, simply souozzo the tray and shell together to break the ice.

  2. Before you remove the ice carriage, remember to disengage it from the glass shell (as shown), as may result in damage to the assembly.

  3. Remove the center under by xengaging it at the front of the shaft, and removing it from the rear.

When the door is left open for 1.5 minutes, the LED light will die to 50% brightness to conserve energy and prolong the life of the LED. The door is left open for a further 1.5 minutes, the light will automatically turn off. Close and reopen the door again to turn the light back on.

  1. Switch of the power of the power point and remove the port by pulling the plug.

  1. Unscrew the light bulb and replace it with a new bulb of the same type and wailing. If, when you remove the light bulb the anal rubber "O" ring comes out with the bulb. In the "O" ring over the new bulb and screw bulb into the socket (see diagram or bottom of page).

Never insert your finger into the light bulb socket to check for the presence of the "O" ring.
4. Replace the light cover by hooking the lugs into the slots and pressing up until it is as in.
5. Wait 5 minutes to ensure closures in the refrigeration system are equalised, before turning the refrigerator on all the power pair.

Changing the freezer light (where fitted)

  1. Switch of the power at the power point and remove
    the box by pulling the plug.
  2. Carefully one of the light cover by pulling the light cover tab of the rear towards you.
  3. Unscrew the light bulb and replace it with a new one of the same type and voltage. If, when you remove the light bulb the small rubber "O" ring comes out with the bulb, "the O" ring over the new bulb and screw bulb into the socket (see diagram of bottom of page).

This stainless steel has a special advanced protective coating that exceeds the removal of marks such as fingerprints and water seats. - Interior

Clear the inside of your refrigerator regularly with a soft cloth, unscraded mild soap and lakescent water. Thoroughly dry all surfaces and removable parts and avoid getting water on the controls. Replace removable parts, plug power cord in end switch the power on before returning the coat.

In this warranty:

(a) 'acceptable quality' as extended to in clause 10 of this warranty has the same meaning relative to the AGI:

(b) ACL Teams Schedule 2 to the Competitor and Consumer Act 2010;

(a) 'Appliance' means any Destroix product purchased by you and accompanied by this document;

(e) "Electrolux" means Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd of 159 O'Jordan Street, Mascol KSW 2020. ABN 51 004 762 341 in respect of Appliances purchased in Australia and Electrolux (NZ) limited (on formerly Electrolux) of 3.5 Nid Burgan Road, Mount Wellington, in respect of Appliances purchased in New Zealand.

"Major failure" is referred to in clause 10 of this warranty has the same meaning referred to in the ACU and includes a situation when an Appliance cannot be repaired or it is uneconomic for Electrolux, at its discretion, to repair an Appliance during the Warranty Period.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Appliances repaired or replaced it the Appliances take to be of acceptable quality and the nature does not amount to a major failure.
