How do I load paper into the CopyCentre C3545 RX?

Open the paper tray, adjust the guides to the paper size, and fan the paper stack before loading. Do not exceed the fill line. The device supports up to 220 gsm media in all trays.

What should I do if a paper jam occurs?

Open the device covers as indicated on the touch screen. Gently remove the jammed paper by pulling it in the direction of the paper path. Check all rollers and trays. Refer to the manual for detailed locations.

How can I replace the toner cartridge?

Open the front cover, locate the toner cartridge, and pull it out. Unpack the new SMart Kit toner, shake it gently, and insert it firmly until it clicks. Close the cover. The device will prompt for replacement when low.
