Instructions

Plug the car charger in cigarette lighter; LED light turns blue means the charger is ready to go. It can power four mobile devices at the same time. If the LED light goes out in the process of charging, then caused by the output over-current protection. All you have to do is to pull out the charger and re-plug it.
