Simply plug the USB connector into an available port. The mouse works as a standard HID device without drivers. For full customization, insert the included CD and install the Mouse Driver. Follow the on-screen instructions and restart your computer.
How do I customize the buttons on the MM3?
After installing the driver, launch Browser Mouse 1.1 from the program files. The Button tab allows you to assign functions to the right mouse button (3), forward lever (4), and back lever (5). The Wheel tab lets you adjust scroll speed and wheel mode.
Is the MM3 compatible with Mac?
Yes, the mouse is compatible with Mac OS X 10.2 and above. It works as a plug-and-play device. However, the customization software is designed for Windows, so Mac users may not have access to all button programming features.
How do I clean the mouse?
Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using liquids or abrasive cleaners. For the optical sensor, gently blow away dust or use a cotton swab.
What is the warranty period?
The Manhattan MM3 comes with a Lifetime Warranty. For warranty service, contact Manhattan support or your dealer. Keep the proof of purchase.
What is the cable length?
The mouse features a retractable USB cable that extends to approximately 70 cm (28 inches). The reel keeps the cable tidy when not in use.
Does the MM3 work with Windows 10?
The manual lists compatibility up to Windows Vista. However, as a standard HID mouse, it should work with Windows 10 for basic functions. Customization software may not be officially supported but might still install.
How do I adjust the scroll wheel speed?
After installing the driver, open Browser Mouse 1.1 and go to the Wheel tab. Under 'Wheel Speed', adjust the number of lines per scroll notch. Click OK to save.
What do the side buttons do?
By default, the top-mount side buttons control page forward and page back in web browsers and file explorers. You can reprogram them using the included software.
What is included in the box?
