WARNING!

- Swallowing batteries can cause fatal injury. Seek medical attention immediately if anyone has swallowed a battery.
- Never attempt to charge non-rechargeable batteries, never short-circuit batteries, and never attempt to open them – risk of overheating, fire and/or explosion.
- This door bell can be used by children from eight years and upwards and by persons with physical, sensorial or mental disabilities, or persons who lack experience or knowledge, if they are supervised or receive instructions
concerning the safe use of the door bell and understand the risks involved with its use. Do not allow children to play with the door bell. Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children unless they are more than eight years old, and are kept under supervision.
- Keep the door bell and its power cord out of the reach of children under eight years of age.
- Check that all the parts are undamaged. Do not use the door bell if any parts are missing or damaged – risk of personal injury.
- Check that all parts are fitted correctly. Incorrectly fitted parts can result in the risk of personal injury.
- Do not expose the door bell to naked flames or high temperatures.
- Do not expose batteries to naked
flames or water – risk of explosion.
Remove discharged batteries from the door bell at once, otherwise there is a risk of battery leakage.
- Replace all the batteries at the same time. Only use batteries of the recommended type.
- Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.
- Recycle used batteries in accordance with local regulations.
- Store batteries out of the reach of children. Do not expose the batteries to fire, never short circuit batteries, and do not attempt to open them.
- Failure to follow these instructions can result in a risk of battery leakage. Remove leaking batteries from the door bell at once, otherwise the door bell can be damaged.
- Avoid contact with the skin, eyes,
and mucous membrane. On contact with battery fluid, rinse immediately with plenty of fresh water and seek medical attention.
- Do not use rechargeable batteries.
- Do not short circuit the battery terminals.
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Remove the batteries if the door bell is not going to be used for some time.
- Make sure to insert the batteries with the correct polarity.
- The door bell must only be used as it is intended to be used, and in accordance with these instructions.
- The door bell is intended for wireless transmission of a signal from the door bell.
- The door bell is only intended for household use.

INSTALLATION
NOTE:
- A drill and screwdriver are needed for the installation.

Only use the supplied screws and plugs for the installation.

BATTERY
Receiver
- Open the battery cover on the back of the door bell.

Remove any old batteries.
-
Insert 2 x 1.5 AA batteries with the correct polarity as shown by the markings in the battery compartment.
- Replace the battery cover.
Transmitter
- Remove the holder on the back of the transmitter.
- Open the battery compartment by turning the battery cover anticlockwise.
- Insert 1 x 3 V CR 2032 batteries. The side marked + should point upwards.
- Replace the battery cover and lock in place by turning it clockwise.
- Remove the holder on the back of the transmitter.
USE
SYNCHRONISING
- Press the synchronising button.
- Press the ring button. The status light flashes red. The programmed audio signal is heard and the status light goes off.
- If the receiver does not indicate the received signal as above, press the synchronising button again to activate the synchronising function and repeat the synchronising process.
- The status light on the transmitter flashes briefly to show that a signal has been sent to the receiver.
SOUND SETTINGS
The receiver can indicate received signals optically,
acoustically, or both optically and acoustically.
- Press the signal button to specify whether the signal is to be indicated optically, acoustically, or both optically and acoustically.
VOLUME
- Press the volume button to set the required volume. There are 5 volume settings, from almost silent to very high volume.
AUDIO SIGNAL
- Press the melody button to browse through the audio signals. The last selected audio signal is stored automatically.
- Continue pressing the melody button to browse through the different melodies.
- The last selected melody is saved automatically.
MAINTENANCE
Do not use cleaning detergents to clean the door bell.
Clean the door bell by wiping it with a soft cloth.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The door bell can be affected by ambient conditions, e.g. strong electromagnetic fields or the discharge of static electricity. If this happens, remove the batteries from both the transmitter and receiver for about 2 minutes. Insert the batteries again and repeat the process for synchronising the transmitter and receiver.
