How do I install the water tank on my Roidmi vacuum?

First, install the percolation filter by pressing it into the water tank until it clicks. Then, stick the mop onto the water tank. Fill the tank with clean water and close the lid tightly. Finally, connect the water tank to the brush cover plate using the magnetic suction; ensure the rotating rod has a slight inclination angle.

How do I refill the water tank?

Open the water tank cover, adjust the water flow velocity if needed, and slowly inject clean water until full. Close the cover tightly to prevent air flow and excessive water percolation.

Can I use the water tank on carpets?

No, the water tank is designed only for hard floor surfaces like floor tiles. It should not be used on carpets, fabrics, or similar materials.

How often should I clean the water tank?

It is recommended to clean the water tank every 3 months. Fill it with clean water, shake it, and pour out the dirty water. Repeat several times until residual scales are removed.

Why is no water coming out of the water tank?

Use the tip of a cleaner tool to clamp into the disassembly joint of the percolation filter and lift slightly to remove it. Then, press a new filter into the water tank until it clicks.

1. When charging or not using the vacuum cleaner, remove the water tank, pour out remaining water in the water tank and clean the mop to avoid mildew or odor.
2. It is suggested to clean the mop after each use to ensure the water can flow out and best cleaning. If necessary, replace with the new mop.
3. The water tank is made of plastic. It will break when the force is over 60kg. Please don't trample on it.
4. Do not put soft and viscous bulk objects such as wool, hair, bulk cotton floss, dough and chewing gum into the water tank.

Product Installation and Removal

Installation of Water Tank

Step 1: Install the percolation filter of the water tank.

When replace percolation filter, please press it into the water tank until you hear it clicks. the percolation filter of the water tank you received has been installed before delivery.

Step 2: Stick the mop

Attention

1. The mop is consumables, please replace it regularly.

Step 3: Water injection

Open the cover of the water tank and adjust the water flow and velocity properly before water injection, slowly inject clean water until the tank is full and cover the water tank. Make sure to cover the water tank tightly, in case air flow and too fast water percolation.

Step 4: Connect the brush

The install bayonat of the water tank shall shall be connected the brush under cover's, and the water tank is adsorbed on the brush cover plate through magnet suction. After finishing the installation, the rotating rod of the brush has a certain inclination angle as below image shown.

Removal of Water Tank Percolation Filter

As shown below, the tip of the cleaner for product is clamped into the disassembly joint of the percolation filter of the water tank and is lifted slightly to remove it.

Attention

1. Do not keep the water tank in one position for a long time during use, in case water accumulated on the floor.
2. Do not lift the brush over 30 cm in height when moving; in order to prevent the water tank from falling and hurting the objects on the ground.
3. The water tank can not be used for the carpets, fabrics etc.

Water Tank Maintenance: It is recommended to clean the water tank every 3 months. Water tank with clean water and cover the water tank, shake the water tank, pour out the dirty water. Please repeat this step several times until the residual scales in the water tank are cleaned up.

Water Tank Percolation Filter Maintenance: It is recommended to replace the water tank percolation filter every 1-3 months, remove the water tank percolation filter for cleaning or replacement, and the specific replacement frequency depends on the actual use.
