How to install the washing machine?

Ensure the machine is placed on a level surface. Connect the water inlet hose to a tap with a pressure of 0.1-1 MPa. Attach the drain hose to a standpipe or sink. Plug in to a grounded outlet. Remove transit bolts before first use.

How to clean the detergent drawer?

Press the release button inside the drawer and pull it out. Remove any residue using a soft brush. Rinse under warm water. Wipe dry and reinsert until it clicks.

What to do if the machine does not start?

Check that the door is fully closed and the child lock is off. Ensure the water supply is on. Verify the program knob is turned to a setting. Press the Start/Pause button. If still not working, reset by unplugging for 1 minute.

How to use the steam function?

Select a program with steam option (e.g., Steam Refresh). Add laundry and close the door. Press the Steam button on the control panel. The machine will inject steam to reduce wrinkles and odors.

How to drain water in case of emergency?

Unplug the machine. Locate the emergency drain hose at the bottom right filter cover. Place a container, open the cap, and let water flow out. Reconnect after use.

How to clean the drum?

Use the Drum Clean program (if available) or run a hot wash at 90°C with a special drum cleaner. Leave the door open after cleaning to dry.

E01 indicates a door lock fault. Ensure the door is closed and not obstructed. Restart the machine. If persistent, check the door lock assembly or contact service.

Reinstall the transit bolts at the back of the machine. Drain any water from hoses. Tape door and controls. Transport upright and secure to avoid damage.

Add a descaling agent to the detergent drawer. Run a Drum Clean program or a hot cycle at 90°C without laundry. Repeat if necessary to remove limescale buildup.

How to reset the machine?

Turn the program knob to Off. Unplug the machine for 1 minute. Plug back in, select a program, and press Start/Pause. The machine should resume normal operation.
