How do I clean the blender jug?

Disassemble the jug, lid, and blade. Wash all parts with warm soapy water or place them on the top rack of the dishwasher. Rinse thoroughly and dry before reassembling.

Can I blend hot liquids?

It is not recommended to blend hot liquids directly as pressure may build up. Allow liquids to cool to room temperature before blending. Use the pulse function for hot soups with caution.

What does the pulse function do?

The pulse function provides short bursts of power for precise control. Ideal for chopping or mixing without over-processing. Press and release the pulse button as needed.

The blender won't start. What should I check?

Ensure the jug is properly locked onto the base and the lid is securely closed. Check the power cord and outlet. If the motor overheated, let it cool for 15 minutes before retrying.

Can I crush ice with this blender?

Yes. Add ice cubes to the jug, fill with liquid up to the max line, and use the pulse function in short bursts until desired consistency is reached. Avoid overloading.

What is the maximum capacity for blending?

Do not fill beyond the maximum mark on the jug (1.5 liters for liquids). For solid ingredients, do not exceed the 3/4 mark to allow proper blending.

How do I replace the blade assembly?

Contact Grunkel customer service for replacement parts. To remove the old blade, unscrew the bottom of the jug. Install the new blade and tighten securely. Always handle blades with care.

Is the blender BPA-free?

Yes, the jug and all plastic components are made from BPA-free materials, ensuring safe food contact.

Can I use the blender for grinding dry ingredients?

It is designed for wet blending. For dry grinding (e.g., coffee beans or spices), use short pulses and avoid prolonged operation. The blade may wear faster.

What should I do if the blender leaks?

Check that the sealing ring is in place on the blade assembly. Ensure the jug is tightly screwed onto the base. If leaking persists, replace the sealing ring or contact support.

Please read the use instructions carefully and completely before using the appliance

*The blades are very sharp!

*Always unplug the appliance when it is left unattended and before assembling. Disassembling, cleaning and storing.

*The appliance must be kept out of reach of children.

*Do not hold the motor part (3) under running water, nor immerse them in water.

*Electric appliances meet applicable safety standards. Repairs or the replacement of the mains cord must only be done by authorized service personnel. Faulty, unqualified repair work may cause considerable hazards to the user.

*Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage corresponds to the voltage printed on the bottom of the appliance.

*The appliance is constructed to process normal household quantities.

SETTING THE SPEED

When activating switch (1), the processing speed corresponds to the setting. However, maximum processing speed can only be achieved by pressing the speeds (1). You many also use the speeds for instant powerful pulses without having to manipulate the speed regulator.

The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise and baby food as well as for mixing drinks and milkshakes.

1. Insert the Motor part into the blender shaft until it locks.
2. Introduce the hand blender in the jar, then press the required speed
3. To release the blender shaft after use, pls rotation blender shaft

You can operate the hand blender in any other jar. When blending directly in the saucepan while cooking, take out the pan from the stove first to protect your hand blender from overheating.

Do not immerse the motor unit under water.

• Clean the motor part (3) with a damp cloth only, other parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, after processing very salty food, you should rinse the blades right away. Also, be careful not to use an overdose of cleaner or decalcified product in your dishwasher.
• When processing foods with color (e.g. carrots), the plastic parts of the appliance may become discolored. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before placing them

- The rest of the pieces can be washed in the dishwasher, however, after processing very salty foods, the blades should be rinsed immediately.

Please don't use plastic shaft into boiling water inside!

BEFORE CALLING THE TECHNICAL SERVICE

If the blender does not work:
