What should I do if there is no image on the screen?
Check if the power button is on. Ensure brightness and contrast are set normally. If the power indicator is flashing, the monitor is not receiving an input signal. Verify the signal cable is connected properly, and if using a laptop, switch to external screen mode.

Why is the power indicator flashing?
A flashing blue/green light indicates that the monitor is on but not receiving an input signal. Check the signal cable connection, ensure the computer is outputting video, and try pressing the Exit button to trigger auto-adjust. If still flashing, test with another device.
