When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

HOW TO USE

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR HAND BLENDER

BEFORE USE

Remove all packaging. Wash the blender shaft in warm, soapy water (do not submerge). Rinse and dry thoroughly.

  • Before assembling the blender, be sure that the power cord is unplugged and switch is in the OFF position
  • Turn the blender shaft clockwise to remove and anti-clockwise to refit - not the position guides on the body of the produt
  • Lower the hand-held blender into food. Then press and hold the low speed button to start operating. At the same time you can select desired speed setting by dialing the speed control dial, the speed will get higher gradually when you dial the speed control dial from right to left
    • MAX operation time is 1 minute.

This should be more than enough for most operations. After 1 minute running, the unit should be rested for 3 minutes to cool.

  • You also can start operating by pressing and holding the high speed button (turbo button), the appliance will operate at the highest speed all the time. The speed will not change even if you dial the speed control dial.
  • To stop the hand-held blender release the low speed button or high speed button
  • Warning: Do not put fingers or any utensil near the blades during operation

CLEANING

  • Disconnect from mains power supply before cleaning.
  • Do not submerge the appliance in water. This may lead to electric shock or fire.
  • Do not use a wire brush or other abrasive utensils for cleaning.
  • Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
  • THE BLENDER SHAFT CAN BE REMOVED AND RUN UNDER THE TAP OR SWILLED AROUND IN SOAPY WATER. PLEASE DO NOT TOTALLY SUBMERGE THE BLENDER SHAFT IN WATER, AS IT WILL AFFECT THE LUBRICATION USED IN THE BLADE BEARINGS.
    • Always rinse and dry thoroughly before storing with mixer
  • QUICK CLEANING. Between processing tasks, hold the blender end in a cup half filled with clean water and trun on for a few seconds
  • Please be careful when handling the blades as they are very sharp!
