GETTING STARTED

1. Remove all packing material and any stickers.
2. Wipe plates with a damp cloth or sponge to remove any dust. Wipe dry with a soft cloth or paper towels.
3. Select a location where the unit is to be used, leaving enough space between back of unit and wall to allow heat to flow without damage to cabinets and walls.
4. Plug cord into a standard electrical outlet, turn clockwise for temperature knob and the red indicator will be on, the temperature of pan reach the setting temperature when the power light is off. The red power light will be auto on /off cycle for setting temperature by thermostat, if temperature knob is off position, the plate will not heating any more. For the first use it is better to apply some oil or grease to the plate.
5. Important: The cook plate very hot. Caution should be taken to prevent hands from coming into contact.
6. After use, unplug unit from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool to room temperature before cleaning.
7. Caution: The temperature controller do not immerse in any liquid. Use with wall or base receptacle only.
