Congratulations on your new Beha portable liquid radiator. You have purchased a modern high quality product. In addition, it is easy to operate.
This manual applies to model ORC 1517 & 2019.
New product development is a continuous process. We therefore subject to change of functions and printing errors.
Read the manual carefully and take care of it. Please keep in mind the manufacturer's instructions and advice for safe operation.

PS: Please note that the portable liquid radiator as described in this handbook is intended for use in private homes.
This product is only suitable for occasional use in well insulated spaces.
Read this manual carefully, and preserve it for future use.
When using any electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock and injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using heater.

This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the heater. Allow heater to cool before moving and then use the built-in handle for easy movement.

Extreme caution is necessary when heater is used by or near children and whenever heater is left unattended.

Always unplug the heater when it is not in use.

Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug, or after the heater malfunctions, or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return heater to the manufacturer for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment, or repair.

Do not use heater outdoors. This product is intended for normal household indoor use only.
-
This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas or similar moist indoor locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.

Do not run power cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or the like. Arrange cord away from traffic areas and where it will not be tripped over.

To disconnect heater, set controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet.
-
Keep this heater clean. DO NOT allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause electric shock, or fire, or damage the heater.

To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
-
A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.

Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.

Warning: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.

Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
-
The heater must not be located immediately below a socketoutlet.
-
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. Use of an extension cord is not recommended. However, if it is absolutely necessary ensure the cord is short as possible (long cords coiled up can overheat, as well as cause tripping accidents).

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Correct Disposal of this product
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmental safe recycling.
- This heater is filled with a precise quantity of special oil. Repairs requiring opening of oil-container are only to be made by the manufacturer or his service agent who should be contacted if there is an oil leak. When scrapping the heater, follow the regulations concerning the disposal of oil.
- Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
- CAUTION — Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
- This heater is filled with a precise quantity of special oil. Repairs requiring opening of oil-container are only to be made by the manufacturer or his service agent who should be contacted if there is an oil leak. When scrapping the heater, follow the regulations concerning the disposal of oil.

Caution
To avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
NOTE! Do not connect the power supply if oil heater or power cord is damaged. If in doubt, contact your supplier.
Electrical connection and use
Before connecting the portable liquid radiator, ensure that the main voltage is 220-240V\~50Hz.
The portable liquid radiator connected socket in the room as it is used in. Do not use extension cords as this may result in fire.
Distances
The portalbe liquid radiator should be away from furniture, curtains or other flammable objects. Recommended clearance is 1 meter above and to the sides.

• Make sure you have all the parts. See table below.
- Make sure the heater is unplugged and the power switch is in the "0" OFF position.
• TURN THE HEATER UPSIDE DOWN.
- (ORC1517) Attach the wheel caster onto the heater as below picture shows. The U plate is fixed between the last two fins and the other one is fixed under metal control box. Fix the casters to the vertical axis of both the wheel holding plates.
- (ORC2019) Attach the wheel caster onto the heater as below picture shows. One U plate is fixed between the first & second fins, and the other one is fixed between last two fins. Fix the casters to the vertical axis of both the wheel holding plates.
- Insert the butterfly nuts and tighten them securely.
- TURN THE HEATER UPRIGHT. Your heater is now ready to use.

Use the handle
The portable liquid radiator should not be lifted by the handle.
The handle is released by pressing it.

PressCare and Maintenance
- Remove power connection and cooling portable liquid radiator before cleaning.
- Clean the outside with a damp cloth.
- Never use abrasive cleaners or put oil heater in water.

Insert the plug into the suitable wall outlet.
1) Never use the unit in place where is not even, make sure there is nothing flammable or easy deform object within 1 meter (36 inches).
2) Insert the plug after setting the thermostat to "MIN" position and setting the power selected switches to "0" position.
3) Do not cover the unit.
4) The heater is suitable for operation on an A.C. electricity supply having the same voltage as that show on its rating label.
Rotate power switch to the "3" position then turn thermostat to the "Max" position, at this moment, the unit begins to work, when the temperature rises to which you are satisfied with, slowly turn the thermostat counter clockwise until the indicating light of the key for power choice is out, and the room temperature thus can keep constant.
If you want to raise or lower the room temperature, you can make another regulation: Turn the thermostat clockwise to raise the temperature and counterclockwise to lower it.
- After use, turn the power switch to the "0" position first, then turn the thermostat to the "MIN" position, and pull out the power supply plug.
