How do I adjust the temperature on my Smeg FI360LX freezer?

Use the thermostat adjustment knob located inside or on the front panel. Turn it toward MAX for a colder temperature and toward MIN for a less cold temperature. Wait 24 hours after changing the temperature for the appliance to stabilize.

How do I defrost my freezer?

Unplug the appliance, remove the food and leave the door open. Place containers to collect the defrost water. Never use a sharp object to remove the ice. Then clean with a soft cloth.

What should I do if my freezer door does not close properly?

Check that the seal is clean and not deformed. Make sure that the food does not block the closure. If the seal is worn, order a replacement door seal and replace it.
