PREPARING THE MATTRESS

Unroll the mattress and lay it on a clean flat surface.

To inflate the mattress with air, close the side valve. Remove the power cord from the compartment, plug the power cord plug into the power source outlet. Switch the pump knob to the "inflate" position. The pump will start working to inflate the mattress. When the mattress is sufficiently inflated, turn the pump off by turning the knob to the "off" position. Disconnect the power cord from the power source and put it in the compartment. Do not use the mattress when the pump is connected to the power source.

STORING THE MATTRESS

After use, drain the air from the mattress. To do this, open the valves, and gently fold the mattress by pressing it.

You can also use a pump to pump out the air. To do this, connect it to a power source, set it to the "deflate" position.

Store the folded mattress in a dry place.

REPAIRING A MATTRESS LEAK

If a mattress leak is found, inflate the mattress. Locate the suspected location of the air leak by listening. Gently moisten the suspected area with soapy water. At the location of the air leak, bubbles would appear.

Empty the mattress of air, clean and degrease the area around the leak well. Apply an appropriately sized patch at the air leak site. Smooth it out. Leave the patch pinched with a heavier object for 24 hours to dry.
