Safety precautions / 安全注意事项 / Langkah-langkah keselamatan dan pencegahan

To avoid the possibility of causing injury to users or damage to properties, please follow all the explanations written below.

Untuk mengelakkan kemungkinan berlaku kecederaan kepada pengguna atau kerosakan harta benda, sila patuhi semua penerangan yang dinyatakan di bawah.

(a) Fan must be mounted above 2.5m from

the floor and 1m from the wall to the Blade. Kipas mesti dipasang lebih daripada 2.5m dari lantai dan 1m dari dinding kepada Bilah Kipas.

(b) Ensure Down Rod has been fully tighten to Motor Shaft.

(Bolt tightening torque is 800\~1000 N·cm)

Can cause injury if ceiling fan drops.

Measure the distance using a measuring tape.

Please adjust all the Blades to get the equal distance from ceiling to the Blade Tip, L (within 1 mm tolerance).

To ensure safety, kindly check the following:

(a) The fan is securely fixed to the Mounting Bracket.

(b) The Safety Cable is securely fixed and tightened by a nut,

(a) This appliance must be earthed.

(b) Do not use any other down rod except provided by KHIND. This is to ensure good performance and extra protection.

(d) The replacement of parts of the safety suspension system shall be performed by the manufacturer, its service agent or suitably qualified persons.

(e) The double pole single throw switch must have a contact separation of at least 3mm. It must be incorporated in the fixed wiring.

(f) Safety wire must be able to withstand 10 times the weight of fan body.

(g) Disconnect power supply before dismantling any part for cleaning.

(h) Do not attempt to repair fan. Always return fan to our authorised service agent for repair.

(i) Do not use in hot or wet environment or near to flammable materials.

(j) The wires in this main leads are coloured in accordance with the following code:

Green/Yellow-Earth, Blue-Neutral, Brown-Live.

(k) If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

(a) Unpack DC Motor(3) & accessories parts Keluarkan Motor DC(3) & aksesori dari kotak. 打开直流电机（3）和附件零件的包装

(b) Assemble Blade Rotor Disc(2) to DC Motor(3) with screw M6x16mm (6 pcs) as shown in fig.1. Ensure the direction for the Rotor Blade Disc(2) and DC Motor (3) is correct. Pasang Piring Pemutar Bilah (2) ke Motor DC(3) dengan skru M6x16mm (6 pcs) seperti yang ditunjukkan di rajah 1. Pastikan aruh untuk Piring Pemutar Bilah (2) dan Motor DC(3) adalah betul. 使用螺钉M6x16mm（6个）将叶片转子盘（2）装配到直流电机（3），如图1所示。确保转子叶片盘（2）和直流电机（3）的方向正确。

(C) Insert Wire Motor, Safety Cable through downrod and insert canopy as shown in fig. 2. Then connect the Down Rod(5) to the motor shaft & tight it with M6x50mm screw. Masukkan Motor Wayar, Kabel Keselamatan melalui besi penyambung dan masukkan sengkuap seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam rajah 2. Kentudian sambungkan Beri Penyambung(5) ke batang motor. Ketatkan besi penyambung dengan skru M6x50mm. 插入电机，安全电缆穿过下杆和插入顶篷，如图2所示。2然后将下杆（5）连接到电机轴上并用M6x50mm螺钉拧紧。

(d) Insert Connection Bracket(11) to the downrod & tight it with M6x60mm screw (2pcs) and snap pin as shown

on fig. 3. Please ensure wire arrangement in proper condition to avoid any damage to wires

(e) 4 holes to be drilled (drill diameter: ∅12mm, hole depth: 55mm) on

the concrete ceiling match with 4 holes at Mounting Bracket(9). Insert

the Detonating Screw(10) provided as shown on fig. 4

(g) Attach the Bracket Connection (11) to the Bracket Bracket and lock it using the M12x25mm screw. (fig.6)

(h) Install Fan Blade(4) separately as shown on fig. 7, ensure that the direction fan blade is correct during installation.

(i) Use M4 screw to fix Bottom Canopy(6) with Down Rod(5) as shown on fig. 8, please make sure there is gap between Bottom Canopy & DC Motor(3) at lease min. 5mm.
