How do I answer a call normally?

When the handset is ringing, press the TALK button or the SPK button to start the conversation. To end the call, press the END button.

How do I answer a call with auto answer enabled?

If auto answer is activated, simply lift the handset from the cradle while it is ringing. The call will connect automatically. To end, place the handset back on the cradle or press END.

How do I transfer a call to another handset?

During a call, press the PAGE button on the handset that is talking. Then input the number of the desired handset (e.g., 2). The target handset will ring; press TALK on that handset to answer. If unanswered within 60 seconds, the call returns to the original handset.

How do I set the date and time?

Go to the menu: press MENU/OK, then navigate to HS SETTINGS > DATE & TIME. Use the keypad to enter the current date and time, then confirm with MENU/OK.

How do I change the display language?

Press MENU/OK, go to HS SETTINGS > LANGUAGE. Select your desired language from the list (e.g., English) and confirm.

How do I adjust the ring volume?

While in standby mode, press the VOLUME UP or VOLUME DOWN key to adjust the ring volume. The current level will be shown on the display.

How do I store a number in the phonebook?

Press MENU/OK, select PHONE BOOK then NEW ENTRY. Enter the name using the keypad, press MENU/OK, then enter the number, and confirm. The phonebook can store up to 50 entries.

How do I lock the keypad?

Press and hold the KEYLOCK button (usually the * button) for a few seconds until the keylock icon appears on the display. Repeat to unlock.

How do I reset the handset to factory defaults?

Go to MENU > HS SETTINGS > HS DEFAULT. Enter the PIN code (default is usually 0000) and confirm. This will erase all your personal settings and phonebook entries.
