IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions must be observed, including:

- Before using the appliance, carefully read the instructions for use and in particular the safety warnings and follow them. Keep this manual for the entire duration of the appliance's useful life, for consultation purposes. Failure to follow the instructions could cause accidents and void the warranty, relieving the manufacturer of all liability.

- Before connecting the appliance, check that the mains voltage data shown on the data label correspond to those of the local power supply. The rating label is located on the device itself.

  • Never point the unit in use at persons or pets.

ATTENTION: If the suction opening of the unit is obstructed, switch off the appliance, disconnect the plug from the mains and remove anything that prevents the appliance from operating correctly before reactivating it.

CAUTION:

DO NOT use the appliance to suction water, wet objects, liquids, ashes, hot coals, cigarette or any other object that is burning or smoking.

DO NOT suction flammable or combustible materials (volatile liquids, gasoline, kerosene, etc.). The use of the vacuum cleaner in the presence of explosive liquids is not recommended.

ASSEMBLY

Note: Before assembling, please make sure you have all the components listed above and make sure to disconnect the appliance from the power supply before proceeding with any cleaning or maintenance operation.

  1. Insert the accessory connector (5) into the valve (11) of the main unit.
  2. Connect the telescopic tube (6) to the connector (5).
  3. Insert the floor brush (7) into the end of the telescopic tube.

ACCESSORIES

All accessories must be connected to the connector (5) inserted in the valve of the main body (11) (FIG.2).

  • 2 IN 1 NOZZLE: The crevice nozzle should be used to clean the sides of the sofas and corners. The crevice nozzle with brush should be used to clean grilles and fans, etc.
    • DUAL POSITION FLOOR / CARPET BRUSH:

Position 1: extended bristles, for floors

HOW TO USE

  • After assembling the appliance with the necessary accessories, insert the plug into the electrical socket
  • Press the On / Off button to start using the vacuum cleaner
  • After use, remove the plug from the socket and rewind the cable.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Filters must be cleaned regularly to obtain a better suction performance and to prevent overheating and damage to the vacuum cleaner.
  • It is advisable to clean the dust container after having emptied it.

WARNING: Never use the vacuum cleaner with wet or damp filters or without any filter inside.

  • Wash the filters in lukewarm water with neutral soap, rinse them thoroughly under the jet of cold and clean water and leave to dry completely in the air for at least 24 hours.
  • Rinse the filter under warm water and let it dry completely.
  • Clean the motor body and other accessories using a soft cloth moistened with water.
  • Do not use solvents or chemical detergents.

CAUTION:

Do not use the hair dryer to dry the filters.

Do not clean the vacuum cleaner, components or accessories using gasoline or any other flammable liquid or solvent, etc.

How to empty the dust container

ATTENTION: Remove the plug from the socket before proceeding with any cleaning and maintenance operation.

Empty the dust container frequently or when you notice a decrease in suction power. You can choose one of two methods for emptying the container:

I Emptying Method:

Keep the appliance over a bin and press the dust release lever downwards, in this way the bottom part of the appliance opens and it is possible to empty the container (FIG 3).

II Emptying Method:

  • Remove the dust container from the product by pressing the dust container release button (12) as shown in pictures 4 and 5.
  • Hold the dust container over a rubbish bin, press the dust release lever downwards, in this way the bottom part of the appliance opens and it is possible to empty the dirt container (FIG.6)
  • Once the dust has been removed, close the bottom of the container by pressing the base upwards until a click is heard.
  • Replace the dust container in the product.

How to clean the filter

  • Remove the dust container from the product.
  • Turn the cover clockwise (FIG 7), pull off the filter (FIG.8) and the filtering net (FIG 9)

- Clean the filter under running water and let it completely dry before using the appliance.

CAUTION: After cleaning the filters, make sure that they are completely dry before reinserting them into the appliance. We recommend leaving the filters to dry for at least 24 hours.

How to reinsert the filters and the filtering net

- Replace the filtering net in the container, matching the projections with the grooves on the sides of the container. (FIG.12)

- Place the filter on the filtering net (FIG.13), then close the lid aligning the triangle mark (located on the side of the cover) with the symbol 🔒 and turning the lid clockwise until the triangle matches the symbol 🔒 (FIG.14).

- Reinsert the powder container in the motor body, to do this it is sufficient to align the base of the dust container with the hook on the motor body (Figure 15) and bring the upper part close until it locks in place with a click (Figure 16).
