When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

  • Incorrect operation and improper use can damage the appliance and cause injury to the user.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years. Check the power cord and plug regularly for any damage. If the cord or the plug is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or qualified person in order to avoid an electrical hazard.

HOW TO USE

Before first use, remove all packaging and/or promotional stickers etc. Clean the beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry completely.

  1. Before assembling the mixer, be sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet and ensure the speed selector is on the "O" position.
  2. Insert beaters into mixer until the "click" into place. Beaters are only used for beating eggs or similar food. Note: Beaters can be inserted in either socket, as the beaters are identical.
  3. Ensure that the unit is at the O setting, then plug in the power source.
  4. Turn the speed selector to your desired setting, there are 5 settings. The appliance will start working and the speed will increase 40% if the turbo button depressed at any time.
  5. Warning: Do not stick knives, metal spoons, forks etc into bowl when operating.
  6. The max operation time per time shall not exceed 5 minutes. Minimum 20 minutes rest time must be maintained between continuous two cycles.
  7. When mixing is completed, turn the speed selector to 0 setting, unplug the cord from power outlet.
  8. If necessary you can scrape the excess food particles from the beaters by rubber or wooden spatula.
  9. Hold the beaters with one hand and press the ejector button firmly down with the other hand, remove the beater.

Note: When removing beaters the power MUST be switched off

Using dough hooks method is exactly the same as above except they are used for mixing heavier dough.

CLEANING

The dough hooks and beaters can be removed and washed in soapy water or dishwasher. DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT IN WATER
