Thank you for purchasing the cordless kettle INN-732. Before use, read all the warnings and operating instructions carefully and keep this manual for future reference.
WARNINGS AND SAFETY RULES
- Before using the unit, please read the instruction manual and the safety notes. Keep this manual for the entire life of the appliance for the future consultation. Failure to follow the instructions could cause accidents and void the warranty by raising the manufacturer from any liability.
- This equipment must be used only for the purpose for which it was designed, that is kettle for householsd use only. Any other use is considered improper and therefore dangerous.
- This product is intended for HOUSEHOLD use only, it was not designed for industrial or professional use, it must not be used for cooking in the areas reserved for personnel in shops, offices and other workplaces, on farms, by customers of hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts and other professional environments, and similar places.
- Keep all packaging materials (plastic bags, cardboard, polystyrene etc.) out of reach of children as they are potentially dangerous and should be disposed as required by law.
- After removing the appliance from its packaging material, check for any damages caused by transport and the integrity of the supply according to the drawing. In case of
damage or doubt about the integrity, do not use it and contact your authorized after sales service.
- Do not use the appliance if the cord or plug are damaged.
- Before connecting the device, make sure the mains voltage indicated on the rating label correspond to those of the local power supply. The rating label is located on the appliance.
- Disconnect the device from the mains when not in use, before filling, emptying or proceed with cleaning.
- Do not fill in the kettle excessively in order to prevent the escape of boiling water. The level of maximum capacity is indicated in the product.
- Do not touch the body of the kettle during heating and for several minutes after use, since it may be very hot and cause burns and scalds. Lift it and move it, always using its handle.
- The power plug should go into the socket perfectly. Do not alter the plug in any way. Do not use adapters.
- Do not use the product outdoors.
- Do not leave the tank connected to the outlet when the room temperature approaches the external winter temperature. At temperatures below freezing the automatic control thermostat stops working.
- Do not use the product if it dropped, if there
are any signs of visible damage or leaks.
- Do not pull the power cable to lift, carry or pull the plug from the socket.
- Make sure the cable has no kinks or bends.
- Check the condition of electrical cable. Damaged cable or with knots increase the risk of electric shock.
- Do not use the plug or cord with wet or damp hands or feet.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized after sales service, in order to avoid any hazard.
- In case of failure or faulty operation, switch off the device and do not tamper with it. For repairs contact the authorized after sales service for assistance.
- To prevent damage caused by steam, keep the spout away from walls or furniture while using the kettle.
- Always make sure the lid is firmly positioned to avoid the risk of burns. Do not remove the cover when the appliance is operating.
- Disconnect the product from the mains when not in use.
- This appliance can be used by children over 8 years old and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, only under proper supervision, or if they received the instructions regarding the safe use of the device and if they understand the dangers
involved.
- This product is not a toy. Make sure that children do not play with the appliance. Keep product out of reach of children.
- Never let the cord hang down from a surface where a child could grab.
- Never leave the product unattended when in use.
- Store the product in a dry, dust-free environment away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- NEVER immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
- To use, place the product on a flat, stable surface, so it can not fall to the floor, in the sink or other water containers.
- DO NOT use in the vicinity of the kitchen hob and other heat sources.
- Do not allow the cord to come into contact with hot surfaces, hot, flames, hot pots and other utensils.
- All parts that come into contact with food during the use of the appliance must be thoroughly washed before use.
- The maintenance and cleaning of the product shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Place the cover in such a way that the steam is not directed towards the handle.
- Do not remove the lid while the water is boiling.
- Attention: Make sure that the kettle is off before removing it from the base.
- Caution: In order to avoid any danger of accidental resetting of the thermal break device, this unit must not be powered by an external maneuvering device, such as a timer, or be connected to a circuit which is regularly powered or discharged by the service.

HOW TO USE THE CORDLESS KETTLE
- Remove the main unit from the base, open the lid by pressing the release button.
- Fill the kettle with water. The water must not exceed the maximum level indicated (MAX) and must not be below the minimum level indicated. Close the lid and make sure the kettle is switched off before placing it on the base.
- Place the base of the kettle on a flat and stable surface, then place the kettle on its base.
- Insert the plug into the socket.
- To turn on the device, move the ON / OFF switch to "I" position.
- When the water boils, the kettle shuts off automatically. Wait 15-20 seconds before turn on the kettle again.
- During the first use, the kettle must be filled with water until the MAX level indicated. Bring the water to the boil and empty the appliance.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning the appliance, unplug it from the power socket, empty any remaining water and allow the device to cool completely down.
- Clean the outside surface with a soft, damp cloth.
- Use a mild detergent to remove any impurities; do not use metallic sponges or abrasives.
- Never immerse the appliance and its base in water or other liquids.
- Do not put the appliance and the base in the dishwasher.
- Store the product in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture build. Remove any remaining water before storing.
HOW TO DESCALE THE KETTLE
- The limescale formed inside the kettle, influences the taste of water and slows down the exchange of heat between the water and the resistance. It can also lead to overheating and malfunction.
- To remove limescale, fill the kettle to the max mark with a solution of water and vinegar in proportion 2: 1.
- Bring the solution to the boil and let it work overnight. The next morning empty the kettle, fill it only with water to the max mark and bring to the boil again. Then empty the appliance.
