Please read the following instruction carefully before using the product and keep this manual safe for future references.

  • Read all the instruction carefully and follow them.
  • This product has been designed to only remove the ash. When using the ash vacuum cleaner, you must observe some safety precautions including the followings:
  • Read all the instructions carefully before use.
  • To reduce risk of electric shock, never immerse the cable in water and never connect it in case of water or other liquids.
  • The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries.

  • Never leave the appliance unattended when in use.
  • Only use the appliance as explained in the following instruction manual, that is as ash vacuum cleaner for household use; any other use is considered improper and therefore dangerous.

HOW TO USE

  • Put the lid over the base (5) and fix it on the tank with the special locking tabs (4).
  • Connect the metal pipe (1) with the metal flexible hose(2) and insert the hose connector into the appropriate inlet (10), making sure that the protuberance on the pipe matches with the groove in the suction inlet. Turn the connector clockwise to lock it in place.
  • Insert the plug into the power outlet, making sure that the appliance voltage corresponds to the one of the local network. The appliance power supply data can be found on the label on the lid.
  • To turn the ash vacuum cleaner on, move the switch (6) to the "I" position.
  • To turn the ash vacuum cleaner, move the switch to the "O" position.
  • To activate the "Blowing" function, in order to remove the ash and blow it away, it is necessary to insert the flexible hose in the other hole on the lid (3). Move the switch (6) to the "I" position. To stop the "Blowing" function, move the switch to the "O" position.

It is advisable to empty the bin from the ash before activating the "Blowing" function.

Cleaning and maintenance

If the suction force decreases during use, turn off the ash vacuum and hold the nozzle and the pipe in a vertical position in order to let the ash freely fall into the container and then proceed by emptying the container itself: remove the suction pipe (2), unlock the lid with the locking tabs and empty the container following the instructions below:

Turn the head over and hold it over the dustbin, carefully clean the dust filter with a brush, if necessary, you can also brush the filter net, to clean its surface from dust.

If necessary, remove the filter and clean it from inside to outside using clean water, the filter cannot be reused until it is dry.

Drop the dust into the bin and clean the inside wall of the barrel from dust. If necessary, a wet cloth can be used to clean the surface of the barrel.

After cleaning the filter, reassemble it, following the instructions provided below. Then secure the lid on the tank by locking it with the appropriate hooks. Finally fix the flexible hose in the appropriate hole, making sure that the protuberance at the base of the hose matches with the groove inside the base, turn it clockwise to fix it.

Removing and replacing the filters

Remove the lid from the bin and proceed following the instructions in the table below:

Unscrew the filter nut counterclockwise

Remove the fixed lid from the filter.

Remove the filter.

Then insert the clean filter, by lightly pressing it downwards.

To assemble again the lid to its filter, place the lid on the screw inside the central cavity, press it lightly in order to fix it.

Place the nut on the lid's central screw and tighten it firmly clockwise.

Filter cleaning

Wash the filter with clean and lukewarm water, if necessary, you can use a mild detergent for washing. Let the filter dry in the open air before inserting it back into the product and proceed with normal use. As for the appliance itself, it is possible to clean its surfaces with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the product in water.
