• Turn the adjustment wheel, situated on the back side of the scale, until the needle is on the "0" mark on the display. Turn the body one way or the other.
• Next place the food in the container.
• Place and remove the food with care.
• If necessary clean the bowl with soap and water.
• Do not immerse the body of the appliance on water. If necessary clean the body of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth.
• Do not use chemical or abrasive products, metal scourers and such which may deteriorate the surfaces of the appliance.
