- Before using the freezer, remove all packaging materials including bottom cushions and foam pads and tapes inside the freezer, tear off the protective film on the door and the freezer body.
- The freezer must be placed in a well-ventilated indoor place; the ground must be flat and sturdy.
- Keep away from heat and avoid direct sunlight. Do not place the freezer in damp or humid places to avoid rust formation or reduce the insulating effect.
- The space above the freezer must be above 70 cm, and it must have a 20 cm gap on both sides and rear to allow heat dissipation.
[you can trust]
Start

- The freezer should wait half an hour before being connected to 220-240 V/50 Hz power when it is firstly started.
- The freezer should run for 2 to 3 hours before loading fresh or frozen foods; in summertime, the freezer should run for more than 4 hours in advance considering that the ambient temperature is high.
Energy saving tips
- The appliance should be in the coolest area of the room, away from heat producing appliances or heating ducts, and from direct sunlight.
- Let hot foods cool down to room temperature before placing them in the appliance. Overloading the appliance forces the compressor to run longer. Foods that take too long to freeze may lose quality, or spoil.
- Be sure to wrap foods properly, and wipe containers dry before placing them in the appliance. This avoids frost from building-up inside the appliance.
- The storage bin should not be lined with aluminium foil, wax paper, or paper towelling. Liners interfere with cold air circulation, making the appliance less efficient.
- Organize and label food to reduce door openings and extended searches. Remove as many items as needed all at once, and close the door as soon as possible.

2.3. Maintenance
Cleaning
Dust behind the freezer and on the ground should be timely cleaned to improve the cooling effect and energy saving. The freezer's interior should be regularly cleaned to avoid odours. Soft towels or sponge dipped in water and non-corrosive neutral detergents are suggested for cleaning. The freezer should be finally cleaned with clean water and a dry cloth. Open the door for natural drying before the power is turned on.

natural_image
Illustration of various household items including a jar, spray bottle, and kettle (no text or symbols)Do not use hard brushes, clean steel balls, wire brushes, abrasives, such as toothpastes, organic solvents (such as alcohol, acetone, banana oil, etc.), boiling water, acid or alkaline items to clean the freezer considering that this may damage its surface and interior.
Do not rinse with water so as not to affect the electrical insulation properties. Please use a dry cloth when cleaning the temperature control knob and all electrical components.

Please unplug the freezer for defrost and cleaning.
Defrost
This freezer should be manually defrosted.
Unplug the freezer and open the freezer's door; Remove foods and the shelving basket before defrosting; Open the outflow holes and drainage holes (and place a water container below the outflow holes); Like this, the indoor frost will naturally melt. Wipe the defrost water with a dry, soft cloth. When the frost softens, an ice scraper could be used to accelerate the de-icing process.
When defrosting, please remove the food and store it in a cool place before removing accessories.
[you can trust]

Other mechanical devices or other means should not be used to accelerate except those recommended by the manufacturer. Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
Stop using
Foods can be preserved for a couple of hours - even in summer - in case of a power failure; it is recommended to reduce the frequency of opening the door and to avoid placing fresh foods into the freezer. Please unplug the freezer if it is left unused for a long time for cleaning. Keep the door open to avoid odour formation.
Do not turn the freezer upside down and avoid strong vibrations as it must be placed horizontally. The carrying angle cannot be greater than 45^ . Please hold the door and hinge when moving.

Continuous operation is recommended when the freezer is started. Please do not move the freezer under normal circumstances so as not to affect the freezer's service life.
Warnings related to disposal

The freezer's refrigerant and cyclopentane foam materials are combustible materials. Discarded freezers should be isolated from fire sources and cannot be burned. Please transfer the freezer to qualified professional recycling companies for processing to avoid damages to the environment or other hazards.

Please remove the freezer's door and shelves which shall be properly placed somewhere else to avoid children from accidentally entering and playing inside it.
