How do I connect the soundbar to my TV via Bluetooth?

On the soundbar, press the Source button until Bluetooth appears. On your TV, go to Bluetooth settings and select Naxa NHS-2012A. Confirm pairing if asked.

Why is there no sound from the soundbar?

Check that the soundbar is powered on and the volume is not muted. Ensure the correct input source is selected (e.g., Bluetooth, AUX, HDMI). Verify the cable connections are secure. Try increasing the volume on both the soundbar and your connected device.

Can I use the remote control from my TV to control the soundbar?

The soundbar remote is required for full control. However, if your TV supports HDMI-CEC, you may be able to control power and volume using your TV remote when connected via HDMI ARC. Enable CEC on both devices.

How do I mount the soundbar on the wall?

Use the included wall bracket template to mark screw positions. Drill holes, insert wall anchors (if needed), and attach the bracket. Securely hang the soundbar onto the bracket. Ensure the wall can support the soundbar's weight.

The soundbar keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth. What should I do?

Move the soundbar closer to your device to reduce interference. Avoid obstacles like walls or other electronic devices. Reset the soundbar by unplugging it for 30 seconds. Forget the device in your Bluetooth settings and pair again.

How do I clean the soundbar?

Unplug the soundbar. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or spray directly onto the speaker grille. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water and wring well.

What audio formats are supported via USB?

The USB port supports MP3, WMA, and WAV files. Files must be formatted in FAT32. The maximum USB capacity is typically 32 GB.

How do I reset the soundbar to factory settings?

While the soundbar is on, press and hold the Source button for about 10 seconds until the display shows RESET. The soundbar will restart. Alternatively, unplug it for 5 minutes.

Can I use the soundbar with a non-Bluetooth device?

Section 810 of the National Electric Code ANSI/ NFPA 70 provides information with respect to proper grounding of the mast and supporting structure, grounding of the lead- in wire to an antenna discharge product, size of grounding conductors, location of antenna- discharge product, connection to grounding electrodes and requirements for the grounding electrodes.

(20) Service

Do not attempt to service this product yourself as opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.

(21) Replacement parts

(25) Note to CATV system installer

This reminder is provided to call the CATV system installer's attention to Article 820-40 of the NEC that provides guidelines for proper grounding and, in particular, specifies that the cable ground shall be connected to the grounding system of the building, as close to the point of cable entry as practical.

B. Drill the screws directly into the marks that you have made on the wall and leave approx. 0.3 inches length to hook the sound bar.
C. Putthesoundbarontothemountingscrews. Makesuretheyarefirmandstable.

2.2Mountingtoabrickwall

A.Markthepositionofthemountingscrewsonthewallusingapencil.
B. Drill 2 holes on wall with a powerful electric drill.
C. Insert the fixing plug and hammer into the holes.
D. Secure the screws into the fixing plug and leave approx. 0.3 inches length to hook the sound bar.

BATTERY INSTALLATION OF REMOTE CONTROL

USING AT FIRST TIME

- Remove and discard the insulation as figure on the right.

REPLACING BATTERY

1. Push and slide out the battery holder as figure 1 below.
2. Replace the battery with a new CR2025 buttothecpolaristy markings on the rear of the Remote Control.
3. Close the battery holder.

BATTERY PRECAUTIONS

Follow these precautions when using a battery in this device:

1. Use only the size and type of battery specified.
2. Be sure to follow the correct polarity when installing the battery indicated in the battery compartment, a reserved battery may cause damage device.
3. Do not mix different types of batteries together (e.g: AlkalineCarbon-zinc) or old batteries with fresh ones.
4. If the batteries in the device are consumed or the device is not to be repeated for time, remove the batteries to prevent damage or injury possible leakage.
5. Do not try to recharge the battery not intended to be recharged; overheat and rupture. (Follow battery manufacturer's instructions.)
6. The batteries shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, like

7. Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to installation.

8. The remote control supplied with a coin/button cell battery. If the coin button cell battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death. Keep new and used battery away from children. If the Battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.

CAUTION

• Danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced.
  -Replace only with the same or equivalent type.

• When there is an obstacle between the transmitter and the unit, the unit may not operate.
• When direct sunlight, an incandescent lamp, fluorescent lamp or any other strong light shines on the REMOTE SENSOR of the unit, the operation of the remote may be unstable.

GENERAL OPERATION

1. Connect the AC/DC adapter to the unit and wall outlet. The red indicator will light and the unit is in standby mode.

2. Press and hold the Standby/Source button on the unit or press the ⏻ STANDBY button on remote control to turn on the unit. Press the Standby/Source button on the unit or press the SOURCE button on remote control repeatedly to switch to desired mode. The color of indicator will turn to :

Blue......Bluetooth Mode

Violet (blue+red)....AUX Mode

1. During Playback:

\~ Press the Vol- or Vol+ button on unit or remote control to adjust the volume.

\~ Press the ⚙( Mute ) button on the Remote Control to turn off the sound. Press again to resume.

1. When finishing listening, press and hold the Standby/Source button on the unit or press the ⏻STANDBY button on remote control to put the unit in standby mode.

BLUETOOTH PAIRING AND CONNECTION

For first time use or re-pairing, pair the unit to an external Bluetooth (BT) device as below:

1. Power on the unit as previously explained.
2. Press the Standby/Source button on the unit or press the SOURCE button on remote control repeatedly until the indicator turns Blue, and a voice tone sounds "Bluetooth Mode".

3. Power on the external Bluetooth device and set Bluetooth to searching mode. When "NAXA NHS-2012A" appears, select it and start pairing.
   After paired, the indicator will stop blinking and a voice tone sounds "Paired". (For details on pairing procedures, please refer to the user's manual of your Bluetooth device.)

4. During playing:

\~ Press the ▶ or ◀ button on remote control to skip tracks.
\~ Press the ▶ button on remote control or the Play/Pause button on the unit to pause. Press again to resume normal playing.
\~ Press the Vol- or Vol + button to adjust volume level.

Normal operation after first pairing:time

1. Power on the unit and select the Bluetooth mode, as stated above.
2. Activate the Bluetooth function on external Bluetooth device.
3. Wait a few seconds until the unit automatically connected to the external Bluetooth device.
4. Play the music, as stated above.

LISTEN THROUGH AUX IN

An external (Auxiliary) audio source (ie., personal CD player or MP3 player) can be connected to this unit and heard through the speakers.

1. Plug one end of the Aux In cable into the AUX IN jack on the rear of the unit.
2. Plug the otehr end of the Aux In cable into the AUX OUT or LINE OUT jack of the external audio source.

1. Power on the unit, as previously explained.

2. Press the Standby/Source button on the unit or press the SOURCE button on the Remote Control repeatedly until the color of Indicator turns to Violet (blue + red), and a voice tone sounds "AUX Mode".

3. Power on the connected external player and start playing as usual.
