How do I install the whiteboard?

Use the suspension loops (⑤) on the board edges to hang it on flat surfaces like ceramic tile or stainless steel. You can also use an optional triangle easel for floor display.

What markers should I use?

Only use the included special fluorescent marker pen. Other pens, especially oil-ink or ink pens, will damage the acrylic surface.

How do I prepare the marker before writing?

Shake the pen up and down about 10 times, open the cap, and press the nib downward for 3-5 seconds until ink flows. The 6mm nib is removable to switch between bullet and chisel tips.

How do I clean the board?

Use a wet cleaning cloth (wring out water) to wipe large areas, then polish with a soft dry cloth. Tissue is suitable for small corrections. Always wipe in the same direction as your writing.

How do I turn on the LED backlight?

Connect the control box to the board's USB interface and then to the power adapter. Press the red button on the control box for 3 seconds to turn the light on or off.

How do I change colors or flash modes?

Press the red button on the control box or use the remote control (point at the receiver). Each press cycles through available colors and flash modes.

Can I use the board with water or in rain?

No. Do not submerge the board in water and keep it away from rain to avoid short circuits. Wipe only with a damp (not wet) cloth.

What should I do if the remote control doesn't work?

Ensure the separation blade has been removed from the remote battery compartment. Aim the remote directly at the receiver on the control box and check if the battery is drained.

Is it safe to look directly at the LED light?

No. Avoid looking directly at the lit surface for long periods. Turn off the power when drawing to protect your eyes.

Can I use a different power adapter?

No. Only use the provided 220V/12V, 1A adapter. Using another type will cause permanent damage to the board.

Thank you for purchasing our Illuminated Erasable LED Writing Board.

Please read these instructions carefully for correct operation and usage.

1. Product Installation

Our boards are designed for vertical and horizontal display, to fit all your presentation needs. The suspension loops (as shown above ⑤) on board edges are used to hang the unit on flat surfaces, such as ceramic tile, shop windows, stainless steel and plated metal surfaces ect..

You can also use a Triangle Easel (not included) for floor display at exhibits, presentations, supermarkets, chain stores, restaurants, shops, hair solons, cafes, clubs, wine bars, offices and family parties.

2. Writing Instruction

1) You must draw or write on the board with the included special fluorescent marker pen, other pens will damage the surface of the board.
2) Do not use oil-ink pen or other ink pen to avoid harming the panel.
3) Please shake the pen up and down for about 10 times, open the cap, press downward on the pen nib for about 3-5 seconds till the ink flows to the nib, before you begin to write. The 6mm size marker pen has a removable pen point that can be taken out to change from bullet or chisel.

A. Wipe Tools

B. Wipe Method

1) You can wipe while writing for erasing.
2) It is better to wipe when paint is dry.

3) Please keep board steady when wiping large area to prevent board from falling and breaking.
4) It is easier and faster to wipe down the same direction as your painting and writing.
5) Please use a wet cleaning cloth (wring out water) to wipe large area, then follow by polishing with a soft dry cloth.

C. Usage for Control Box

1) After you are finished painting, please connect interface of control box to the USB interface on the board, then connect the other interface of control box to the electric power adapter.
2) Press the red button on control box for 3 seconds, your design on the board will light up immediately. Repeat, press for 3 seconds, will turn off board.
3) Press the red button on control box to select different colors and flash modes, one press for one change.

D. Usage for Remote Control

1) To first usage of remote control remove the separation blade.
2) Aim the remote control at the receiver of control box.
3) Press the key to select the color and mode change.

3. Attention

1) You must use our appropriative power adapter (220V/12V, 1A), other types of adapter will cause permanent damage to the board.
2) The panel is acrylic material, do not strike or let fall.
3) Do not submerge in water and please keep away from rain to avoid short circuits.
4) Turn off the power when drawing on board to protect your eyes do not look directly into the light for long periods of time.
5) Please wring out wet cleaning cloth to prevent water seepage into the edges of the board and other security risks.
