Do I need to install the driver before plugging in the ZVC7500?

Yes, you must install the driver first. Do not plug the webcam into the USB port before driver installation is complete. If you already plugged it in, unplug it and follow the installation steps.

What software is included with the ZVC7500?

The package includes VP-EYE software for video chat and photo capture. It provides special effects, photo frames, and video/photo banks.

How do I adjust the resolution and frame rate?

In the ZVC7500 application, go to Options > Video Capture Pin to change resolution. For frame rate, go to Captures > Set Frame Rate. You can set time limits under Captures > Set Time Limit.

Can I use the webcam with Windows 10?

The manual specifies support for Windows 98/2000/ME/XP. It may work with newer systems using generic UVC drivers, but official support is limited to the listed OS versions.

What is the maximum video resolution of the ZVC7500?

The video capture resolution is 1280 x 960 at up to 15 fps. The maximum still image resolution is 2304 x 1728.

How do I enable face tracking?

Open the ZVC7500 advanced settings via Options > Video Capture Filter > Zoom page. Check the box for face tracking mode to enable automatic face tracking.

It is normal for the camera to become warm after extended use. If it feels hot, we recommend stopping use for a while to prevent damage.

How do I clean the lens?

Use a clean, soft cloth to gently wipe the lens. Avoid touching it with fingers or sharp objects. Do not use harsh chemicals.

Does the ZVC7500 have a built-in microphone?

Yes, a built-in microphone is integrated into the webcam for audio capture.

What special effects can I apply to videos and photos?

Driver installation

Notice: DO NOT PLUG ZVC7500 INTO USB PORT BEFORE DRIVER IS INSTALLED! If have already plugged ZVC7500, please get it unplugged and follow the Steps below.

Insert the Installation Disc into CD-ROM driver then installation menu will automatically appear. a. Click ZVC7500 to install the driver

a. After ZVC7500 Driver is installed, please go back to installation menu and click VP-EYE to install the software

When the installation of software and related drivers are complete, plug ZVC7500 into an available USB port, system will detect the device and complete the installation automatically.

a. By selecting the Application Program from Start menu as Figure 7

Advanced Settings

For ZVC7500

a. By clicking Options→ Video Capture Filter, you can enter into advanced settings

i. From this Settings page you can adjust the quality of the picture

• If ZVC7500 is hot when it is working for a long time. We suggest you stop working for some time.
• Avoid Contact to the lens with hand, sharp or coarse stuff; use clean and soft cloth for cleaning
• Do not use it in hot, cold, dusty or humid circumstances.
• Avoid falling as much as possible; severe falling may cause damages to the lens, malfunction or scratches to the surface.
