Yes, the ALF-CMW102 appears as a standard USB camera and microphone, making it compatible with all major video conferencing software like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Skype.

How do I adjust the camera's white balance or video resolution?

Use the included Amrep software to adjust white balance, video output size, and other image settings. Open Amrep after installing the device, then navigate to the camera settings tab.

What is the range of the wireless microphones?

The 2.4 GHz wireless microphones have a typical range of up to 10 meters (30 feet) in open space, but walls may reduce range.

Why is there no video or audio after connecting?

Ensure the USB cable is firmly connected and the microphones are powered on. Open your app's settings and select ALF-CMW102 as the camera and microphone. If issues persist, restart your computer or reinstall drivers.

Can I use the camera without the wireless microphones?

Yes, the camera alone can be used with its built-in microphone array. However, for optimal audio, we recommend using the included wireless microphones.

How do I clean the camera lens?

Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the lens. Avoid using liquids or abrasive cleaners. For the microphones, wipe the exterior with a slightly damp cloth.

What should I do if the video appears blurry?

Check if the lens is clean and focus manually if possible. In the Amrep software, adjust the sharpness or contrast settings. Also ensure good lighting conditions.

Can I mount the camera on a tripod?

Yes, the camera has a standard 1/4-inch thread for mounting on a tripod or monitor mount. A small tripod may be included in the box.

How do I reset the device to factory settings?

Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 5 seconds using a paperclip. Alternatively, use the Amrep software and select Restore Default Settings.

Product overview

The CMW102 is a Full HD 1080P camera with a 120° wide angle lens. It comes with two 2.4 GHz wireless speaker microphones and is suitable for small and medium size conference scenes, personal business or home. It has a 2m USB2.0 cable.

• Application

CMW102 can be used once you have connected the camera to your PC via USB and switched on the speaker phone. To switch off you can long press the off button on the speaker.

- Operation

- When connecting the USB to your computer, the following will appear in the lower right corner of the computer when you plug it in for the first time.

• After the device driver is installed successfully, computer terminal will have the following prompt

- If you need to reconfirm whether the device is installed successfully, you can open the computer terminal Attribute - click" device manager "- click" image device "to see the following device item and then you can use instant messaging software and video

- If the color and resolution of video are found to be abnormal, you can adjustment the setting using software called "Amcap" to check. Check the output size of the white balance and video for the corresponding values.

- Check the white balance option with a default value of 1800.
