We are a prestigious designer and manufacturer of leading edge, high quality audio products with manufacturing sites in the UK and China and distribution channels across the globe with a wide and diverse global customer base.

Our Position on Slavery and Human Trafficking

Bowers & Wilkins acknowledges our shared responsibility to be alert to the risks of slavery and human trafficking both in our business and our supply chains.

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking within our businesses and supply chains globally and the UK. We are also committed to reducing the risk of modern slavery or human trafficking in this context and will constantly review our operations and policies to help mitigate any such risk.

B & W undertakes due diligence with respect to current and new suppliers. The Company's due diligence process includes building long-standing relationships with suppliers and making clear our expectations of business partners and evaluating the modern slavery, human trafficking risks and Human Rights perspectives of suppliers. This process is supported with training of relevant personnel and by the annual issue of a detailed self-assessment audit questionnaire for key suppliers and a declaration of intent and commitment for all other suppliers.
