How do I clean the TV screen?

Unplug the TV and use a soft, clean cloth. Do not use petrol, chemical, or alcohol-based solvents as they may damage the panel.

What should I do if there is no picture or sound?

Check that the power cord, antenna, and input devices are properly connected. Press the power button on the remote or TV set to ensure it is not in standby.

How can I adjust the picture settings?

Press MENU, select PICTURE, then adjust options like Contrast, Brightness, Color, and Sharpness. You can also use the PMODE button for quick picture mode changes.

Why is there no sound?

Press the VOLUME button to increase volume, or press MUTE to cancel mute. Also check the sound system setting in the menu (AUTO, PAL, SECAM).

How do I set up channels for the first time?

Connect the antenna to the RF IN port. Go to First Time Setup in the menu, select your language and country, then start Auto Tuning (ATV and DTV). You can skip tuning by pressing MENU and left arrow.

How do I play media from a USB drive?

Insert the USB drive, press INPUT and select Media. Use the arrow keys to choose Photo, Music, Movie, or Text menu, then select your file and press ENTER or MEDIA.

What is the default password for parental lock?

The default password is 0000. If you forget it, contact the service center.

How do I attach the stand?

Place the TV on a soft surface. Attach the base to the rear housing following the arrow direction, then secure it with 3 screws (PB4X12).

Why is the remote control not working?

Check the batteries – replace them if needed. Ensure the batteries are inserted with correct polarity. Also make sure there are no obstacles between the remote and the TV's infrared receiver.

What are the supported video formats for USB playback?

Supported video formats include *.dat, *.vob, *.mpg, and *.avi. For photos, *.jpg and *.bmp; for music, *.mp3.

Safety

Please immediately pull out the AC power plug from adapter if there is an abnormal sound or smell or the LED TV has sound but no picture, and contact after sales support.

The LED TV should be kept from high temperature heating objects or direct sunlight. It requires good ventilation. Allow 10cm between the LED TV and other appliances or built-in cabinet walls.

The LED TV should be kept free from rain, damp and dust to prevent electrical shock and short circuits. Do not cover the ventilation openings with table clothes, curtains, newspapers etc.

Notes:

The remote control shall be applied in effective reception scope of the television. Make the remote control point towards the infrared receiver of the liquid crystal television and ensure that there are no obstacles. Its normal operation distance will be shortened in direct sunlight or lamplight.

Be careful to use the remote control .avoid falling off or being trampled or splashed with liquids.

Press the YELLOW button to enter the interface below.

When the time appointment is conflict, it will produce a warning message.

Signal Information

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select Signal Information, press the Enter button to see the detail information about the signal. Only available when there is signal in DTV.

Picture Menu

Press MENU button to display the main menu.

Press ◀ / ▶ button to select PICTURE in the main menu.

1. Press ▼ / ▲ button to select the option that you want to adjust in the PICTURE menu.
2. Press OK button to adjust.
3. After finishing your adjustment, Press MENU button to save and return back to the previous menu.

Picture Mode

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select Picture Mode, then press OK button to enter sub-menu.

You can change the value of contrast, brightness, color, sharpness and tint when the picture is in Personal mode.

TIPS: You can press PMODE button to change the Picture Mode directly.

Contrast/ Brightness/ Color/ Tint / Sharpness

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select option, then press ◀ / ▶ button to adjust.

Contrast Adjust the highlight intensity of the picture, but the shadow of the picture is invariable.

Brightness Adjust the optical fiber output of the entire picture, it will effect the dark region of the picture.

Color Adjust the saturation of the color based on your own like.

Tint Use in compensating color changed with the transmission in the NTSC code.

Sharpness Adjust the peaking in the detail of the picture.

Color Temp

Change the overall color cast of the picture.

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select Color Temperature, then press OK button to enter sub-menu.

Press ◀ / ▶ button to select. (Available Picture mode: Cool, Medium, Warm).

You can change the value of red, green and blue when the color temperature is in User mode.

Cold Increase the blue tone for the white.

Normal Increase the sex-linked colors for the white.

Warm Increase the red color for the white.

Noise Reduction

To filter out and reduces the image noise and improve picture quality.

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select Noise Reduction, then press OK button to enter sub-menu.

Off Select to turn off video noise detection.

Low Detect and reduce low video noise.

Middle Detect and reduce moderate video noise.

High Detect and reduce enhanced video noise.

Default Set as Default.

Troubleshooting

No image and voice

Possible causes:

*Power cord, antenna or input devices are not connected;

*The TV se is not powered on.

Resolutions:

*Check Power cord, antenna and input devices;
*Press Power key on the remote control;
*Press Power key on the set to power it off for 5 secpmds and then re-power it on.

No voice

Possible causes:

*The volume is too low; Muted or cancelled;

*Incorrect sound system.

Resolutions:

*Press Volume key to turn up the volume;
*Press Mute key to cancel Mute mode.
Well connect vonconnection to the background sound;
*Change the sound system in the menu.

Snows and noises:

Possible causes:

*The cable is damaged or gets loose;
*Incorrect channel preset;
*Improper antenna positioning.

Resolutions:

*Check whether the connection of the antenna cable,
DVD and the cables is correct;
*Reset channels or fine tune the channel;
*Adjust the direction of the antenna.

Achromatic colour

Possible causes:

*Incorrect Colour system settings; Low chroma level setting ;
*Improper antenna positioning.

Resolutions:

*Change the colour system into the local system in the menu;
*Increase chroma level;
*Adjust the direction of the antenna.

Remote control is no effect :

Possible causes:

*Battery runs up;
*Incorrect battery loading;
Resolutions:
*Check the battery electricity or replace the battery;
*Check if the poles of the battery are correct.

Svi, eventualno nastali, kvarovi biti će besplatno otklonjeni u ovlaštenom servisu u jamstvenom roku.

2. UVJETI JAMSTVA Jamstveni rok počinje od dana kupnje proizvoda i traje 12 mjeseci, osim za Vivax Imago televizore (CRT, LCD, PDP) za koje jamstvo traje 24 mjeseca.

3. U slučaju kvara na proizvodu koji je predmet ovog jamstva, obvezujemo se da ćemo isti popraviti u najkraćem mogućem roku, a najkasnije u roku od 45 dana. Ako se proizvod ne može popraviti ili se ne popravi u roku od 45 dana, biti će zamijenjen novim. Jamstvo će biti produženo za vrijeme trajanja popravka.

4. Jamstvo se priznaje samo uz račun o kupnji, te uz ovaj jamstveni list koji mora biti ispravno popunjen odnosno mora sadržavati datum prodaje, pečat i potpis prodavatelja.

5. JAMSTVO NE OBUHVAĆA

Ovom garancijom garantiramo da će predmet ove garancije raditi bez greške uzrokovane eventualnom lošom izradom i lošim materijalom izrade. Svi eventualno nastali kvarovi biti će besplatno otklonjeni u ovlaštenom servisu u garantnom roku.
2. UVJETI GARANCIJE Garantni rok počinje teći od dana kupnje proizvoda i traje 12 mjeseci, osim za Vivax Imago televizore (CRT, LCD, PDP) za koje jamstvo traje 24 mjeseca.
3. U slučaju kvara na proizvodu koji je predmet ove garancije, obavezujemo se da ćemo isti popraviti u najkraćem mogućem roku, a najkasnije u roku od 45 dana. 6. GARANCIJA NE OBUHVAĆA

• Ovom izjavom o saobraznosti proizvođač proizvoda, preko KIM TEC CG d.o.o., kao uvoznika i davaoca prava u Crnoj Gori besplatan popravak istog u skladu s vazećim propisima i u skladu s uslovima opisanim u ovoj izjavi o saobraznosti.
• Ovom izjavom o saobraznosti istićemo da će predmet ovog prava raditi bez greške uzrokovane eventualnom lošom izradom i lošim materijalom izrade. Svi eventualno nastali kvarovi biće besplatno otklonjeni u ovlašćenom servisu u predvidjenom roku za reklamaciju.
  • USLOVI REKLAMACIJE: Rok za reklamaciju počinje teći od dana kupovine proizvoda i traje 24 mjeseca.
• U slučaju kvara na proizvodu koji je predmet reklamacije, obavezujemo se da ćemo isti popraviti u najkraćem mogućem roku, a najkasnije u roku od 15 dana. Ako se proizvod ne može popraviti ili se ne popravi u roku od 15 dana, biće zamijenjen novim.
• Pravo na reklamaciju se priznaje uz fiskalni račun o kupovini, i uz ovu izjavu o saobraznosti koja mora biti ispravno popunjena, odnosno morasadržati datum prodaje, pečati potpis prodavca.
• Davalac izjave o saobraznosti osigurava servis i rezervne djelove 7 godina od datuma kupovine.

PRAVO NA REKLAMACIJU NE OBUHVATA

OBAVEZE POTROŠAČA

1. Da se pridržava priloženog uputstva za upotrebu i pravilnika o upotrebi proizvoda
2. Da eksploataciju opreme vrši u skladu sa priloženim uputstvom za upotrebu, navedenim u pripadajućoj tehničkoj dokumentaciji.
3. Da obezbedi odgovarajući čslovedu kome će uređaj biti smešten:
   • Temperatura vazduha 10-40 °C
   • Relativna vlažnost vazduha od 10 do 90%
   • Zaštita od direktnog sunčevog zračenja
   • Zaštita od prašine i kondenzacije
4. Zaštita od raznih vrsta elektromagnetnih zračenja
5. Da obezbedi stabilan izvor mrežnog napajanja (varijacije napona max. 10%, varijacije učestanosti max. 30%).
6. Da obezbedi uzemljenu elektroinstalaciju, da bi se izbegle razlike potencijala, naročito ako se radi o dislociranoj opremi, koja je povezana (LAN mreže, Unix/Xenix terminali i si.).
7. Da po mogućstvu sačuva i dostavi priloženu tehničku dokumentaciju u toku trajanja reklamacionog roka.
8. Da instalaciju / servis poveri isključivo ovlašćenim licima kao i da pazi da ne ošeti kontrolnu nalepnicu.

1. Proizvodi imaju propisane, odnosno deklarisane karakteristike kvaliteta.
2. Proizvod će ispravno funkcionisati ako se korisnik pridržava uputstava iz priložene tehničke dokumentacije
3. Trgovac je dužan je da vodi računa o ispravnom popunjavanju i overi Osnovnih podataka o proizvodu iz ovog lista
4. Proizvođač definišu kao potrošni materijal proizvode / delove proizvoda kao što su toneri, kertridži, glave ink jet štampača, valjci za povlačenje, mehanizam za transport papira, baterije i sve ostalo slično navedenom, a shodno izjavi proizvođača.
