How do I install the washing machine?

Remove all packaging, connect the inlet hose to a water tap with a pressure of 0.05-1 MPa, insert the drain hose into a standpipe or sink, and level the machine using the adjustable feet. Refer to the manual for detailed steps.

What do I do if the machine displays an error code?

Check the error code in the manual. Common codes: E1 (water supply issue) – check tap and hose; E2 (drain problem) – clean filter; E4 (unbalanced load) – redistribute laundry. If persists, contact support.

How do I clean the lint filter?

Turn off and unplug the machine. Open the filter cover at the bottom front, turn the filter counterclockwise, pull it out, rinse under water, reinsert and secure.

Can I use liquid detergent?

Yes, but use the designated compartment. For front-loaders, pour liquid detergent into the main wash compartment (usually marked II). Do not exceed the MAX line.

Why is my laundry not spinning properly?

Check for unbalanced load – redistribute items evenly. Ensure the drain hose is not kinked and the filter is clean. Select a higher spin speed if needed.

How often should I run the drum cleaner program?

Every 2 months or after 30 washes. Use a drum cleaning agent or white vinegar. This prevents odors and mold.

What is the maximum load for different cycles?

10 kg for Cotton; 5 kg for Synthetics; 2.5 kg for Wool; 2 kg for Delicates. Overloading can cause poor wash results.

How do I enable child lock?

Press and hold the Child Lock button (usually a padlock icon) for 3 seconds until the indicator lights up. To disable, repeat.

Why is water leaking from the machine?

Check hose connections for tightness, inspect the door seal for damage, and ensure the filter cap is closed properly. If leak persists, call a technician.

What should I do if the machine vibrates excessively?

Ensure the transport bolts are removed. Level the machine with adjustable feet. Place on a solid, level floor. Reduce load size if necessary.

• Do not connect the washing machine to the power outlet with an extension lead. Extension leads do not guarantee the required safety of the appliance.

Correct use

- To avoid the risk of personal injury or damage to the washing machine, do not install it in any damp areas or somewhere which is exposed to rain.

- Do not install the washing machine in areas with direct sun light, in which plastic or other components may be damaged. This will shorten the life of your washing machine.

- Do not install the washing machine in areas where temperatures fall below 0°C. Frozen hoses may burst or split. The reliability of the electronic control unit may be impaired at temperatures below freezing point.

• Do not spray the washing machine with water during cleaning or maintenance.

- Keep the washing machine away from fire and other sources of heat.

- Before using the washing machine for the first time, check that the transit bolts at the rear of the machine have been removed. During spinning any transit bolts which are still in place may result in damage to both the machine and any adjacent furniture or appliances.

- Turn off the tap if the machine is to be left for any length of time (e.g. holiday); especially if there is no floor drain (gully) in the immediate vicinity.

• Take care to ensure that foreign objects (e.g. nails, pins, coins, paper clips) do not find their way into the machine with the laundry. These may damage components of the machine (e.g. drum), which in turn can result in damage to the laundry.

• Do not wash water-repellent items (e.g. raincoats) with this washing machine.

- Only remove laundry from the washing machine once the drum has stopped turning. Reaching into a moving drum is extremely dangerous and could result in injury.

Safety with children

• Keep children away from the washing machine at all times. Do not allow children to play on or near the machine and its controls. Always supervise children whilst you are using it.
• Older children may only use the washing machine if its operation has been clearly explained to them and they are able to use it safely and can recognising the dangers of misuse.
• The door glass will be hot when washing at very high temperatures. Do not let children touch it.

INSTALLATION

Packaging

Removing transit bolts

• Remove all the transit bolts from the rear of the machine.
  • Plug the holes using the supplied transit bolt caps.

Note:

Strong vibration, noise or failures may occur if the transit bolts are not removed.

- Keep the transit bolts for future transportation. Whenever the machine is transported, the transit bolts must be refitted.

Installation position

• A concrete floor is the most suitable surface for the washing machine, being far less prone to vibrations during the spin cycle than other surfaces.
• The machine must be level and securely positioned. The distance between the machine and any walls must be more than 10cm.
• To avoid vibrations during spinning, the machine should not be installed on soft floor coverings.

Level adjustment

The machine must stand perfectly level on all four feet to ensure safe and proper operation. Incorrect installation may increase electricity and water consumption and may cause the machine to move during usage.

The level can be adjusted using the adjustment feet on the bottom of the machine

• Using the spanner rotate the locknut in a clockwise direction. Then rotate the locknuts together with adjustable feet to raise or lower.
  • Use a spirit level to check the machine is level.
• Hold adjustable feet securely with a pipe wrench. Turn locknut again using the spanner until it sits firmly up against the housing.

Note:

Vibration and noise may occur if the locknuts do not sit firmly up against the washing machine housing.

Drain hose connection

1. Direct into a sink:

• If the outlet spigot has not been used before, remove the blanking plug (if present).
- Push the drain hose onto the spigot and secure with a clip if required, ensure a loop is formed in the drain hose to prevent any waste from the sink entering the washing machine.
• If required, the drain hose can be extended to a length of 4m.

2. Connected securely to a standpipe:

• Firstly, form a hook shape at the end of the drain hose using the supplied "U" piece".
• Place the drain hose into the standpipe, which should have an internal diameter of approximately 38mm thus ensuring there is an air brake between the drain hose and standpipe.
• When discharging into a standpipe ensure that the top of the standpipe is no more than 90cm and no less than 60cm above floor level.

Water inlet connection

1. Connect the supplied inlet hose to a tap with a 3/4" thread.

2. Do not use any old existing hoses.

3. Installation should comply with your local water authority and building regulations' requirements.

When there is a single inlet valve at the back of the machine, it must be connected to a cold-water supply. If there are two inlet valves, one is connected to a cold-water supply and the other is connected to a hot-water supply. Follow the indication of the picture below to complete the connection.

Washing preparation

1. Connect the inlet hoses and turn on the tap.

2. After making sure the power socket is grounded reliably, insert the power plug into the power socket. Switch on at wall.

3. Position the drainage hose well (ie, laundry sink or drain).

How to use Washer

Before washing clothes for the first time, you must run a complete cycle without clothes.

1. Turn the program select knob to "Cotton" position.

2. Press "Start/Pause" button.

If there is any water leftover from quality control testing, this will drain the water.

OPERATION

Control panel

1. Program Select Knob

Turn this knob clockwise or anti-clockwise to select the required wash program. (Note: At the end of a wash cycle, the knob must be returned to the "Off" position).

2. Start/Pause ()

Press this button to start or pause a wash cycle. The door can't be opened once the machine has started – the door will be unlocked when a full wash cycle has completed and the machine has cooled. You can press this button to pause the running cycle and turn the knob to select another program and then press this button again to start the selected wash cycle.

3. Function

There are four basic functions: "Soft", "Anti-Ironing", "Water+" and "Pre-Wash".

• Soft: This function can help reduce clothing wrinkles by running the "Steam Fresh" program after the rinse and spin.
• Anti-Ironing ☑: This function is to reduce the wrinkle of clothes during a washing cycle. Once this function is selected, the machine will not execute the last drain unless the "Start/Pause" button is pressed. (Note: The max running time of this function is 12 hours. If it exceeds 12 hours, the machine will drain and spin automatically)

• Water+ 🔊": This function will add an extra rinse on the program you selected.

- Pre-Wash ⬆: Select this function for very dirty clothes, the washing duration will be extended.

1. Rinse: This function will add an extra rinse on the program you selected.
2. Wash+: This function will add extra time on the program you selected.
3. Delay: Press this button to set the delay time of starting a wash cycle from 1 hour up to 24 hours.
4. Speed: Press this button to change the spin speed. Temp: Press this button to change the wash temperature.

Note:

• Do not turn the knob to the "off" position and remove clothes while the machine is running. The temperature of the water may be high and may scald you.
• The door lock will open automatically at the end of a wash cycle when the temperature of the drum has cooled down.

Child lock ("Delay" + "Wash")

The function of "Child lock" is to lock the control panel to prevent the misuse by children.

1. Press the "Delay" and "Wash" buttons at the same time for 3 seconds.
2. The Child Lock icon (😊) will light up on the screen.
3. With this function enabled, all keys and knobs are deactivated except for the "Off" position of the Program Selection Knob.
4. The child lock function can be selected during a washing cycle without interrupting it.

To cancel the child lock function when enabled:

1. Hold the "Delay" and "Wash" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The function is cancelled when the Child Lock icon (💡) disappears on the screen.

Mute ("Rinse")

• The function of "Mute" is to disabled all prompt tone and alert sounds.
• To enable mute, press and hold the "Rinse" button for 3 seconds.
• To cancel when enabled, press and hold the "Rinse" button for 3 seconds again.

8:88	Digital DisplayThis area will show the remaining time, delay hour and temperature.
	Inlet TimeoutThis icon will be displayed when the water inlet sensor times out. Please check the water tap and make sure it is open.
	DelayThis icon will display when a delay timer has been set.
	Foam ReducingIf there is too much foam during the wash, the machine will run a program to reduce the foam by itself and this icon will display.
	Balance ControlThe machine has a balance control device to check and make sure that the clothes have been evenly distributed into the drum before the spin. If the balance control fails more than three times, this icon will be displayed and the spin will be delayed.
	Child LockThis icon will display once the child lock function is selected.
	Door LockThis icon will display when the door lock is active.
1400-600	Spin SpeedDisplays the speed of the spin cycle.
	High Water LevelIf the machine is paused during a wash cycle, but the door can't be opened due to the high-water level, this icon will display.
	WeighingThe machine will weigh the clothes at the beginning of some programs. Notes:

‘☐’ is for Standard Cotton program. Standard Cotton at 60^ C and 40^ C are suitable to clean normally soiled cotton laundry and they are the most efficient programs in terms of combined energy and water consumption for washing that type of cotton laundry; in addition, the actual water temperature may differ from the declared cycle temperature.

The running time above is for the default programs, which is only for reference and it, May different because of different laundries, weights and washing temperature. The "00" means the temperature of water is normal. The default options of the programs are in boldface.

Clothes Preparation

- Sort the laundry by colour and by care label. Most garments have a textile care label in the collar or side seam.

• Make sure all the pockets are empty. Foreign objects (such as nails, coins, paper clips, etc.) can cause damage to other garments as well as the machine.

- Close any zips, fasten hooks and toggles, etc, before washing (figure 1)

- Dark textiles often contain excess dye and should be washed separately several times before being included in a mixed load. Always wash whites and coloureds separately.

- Badly soiled areas, stains etc. should be pre-treated with liquid detergent stain removers etc (figure 2)

- Turn over the clothes which pill easily and is with woollen surface before putting them into the machine (figure 3).

Put clothes into washer

Unfold the laundry and load loosely into the drum. Mixing both large and small items gives better wash results and also helps distribute the load evenly during spinning. The most efficient use of energy and water is achieved when a full load is washed. However, do not overload as this causes creases and reduces cleaning efficiency.

Note:

Make sure that no garments are caught between the door and the seal.

Using the detergent drawer

1. Open the drawer and add adequate detergent into the main wash compartment marked “””. II

2. Add the fabric softener into the compartment marked “☑” or “☒”. Do not exceed the maximum level mark.

3. Add the detergent into the pre-wash compartment marked "⊥" or "I" according to the program you select.

4. Close the drawer.

The correct amount of detergent will depend on the following:

• The quantity of laundry
• The soiling level of the laundry

○ Lightly soiled: No visible dirt or stains. Possibly slight body odour
○ Normally soiled: Visibly dirty and/or just a few slight stains
o Heavily soiled: Visible dirt and stains and/or dried on soiling

• The water hardness level.

Note: It is recommended to use low foaming powder for all washing programs.

Washing steps

1. Turn on the water tap and connect the power.

2. Open the door and load clothing into the drum one by one.

3. Close the door and put a suitable amount of detergent and fabric softener into the dispenser, then close the drawer.

4. Select the desired program by turning the control knob.

5. Press the "Temp" button and select a wash temperature.

6. Press the "Start/Pause" button to start the washing machine.

7. When the cycle is finished, a tone will sound.

Note:

This machine is fitted with a balance control device, which ensures the machine is stable during the spin. To protect the machine, it will cut in if the laundry is not evenly distributed in the drum. The laundry is redistributed by reversing the rotation of the drum. This may happen several times before the unbalance icon disappears and normal spinning can resume. If, after 15 minutes, the laundry is still not evenly distributed in the drum, the machine will not spin. In this case, redistributed the load manually and reselect the spin program.

Door lock

When the machine is started, the door is locked. The door can be opened if you press the "Start/Pause" button during a cycle except for in the following two cases:

• If the temperature inside the drum is above 53°C, the door will remain locked.
• When the water is above a certain level, the door will remain locked.

In most cases, we recommend running a wash cycle to completion to drain the water. After it has finished, and two minutes of cool-down time has passed, the door will unlock.

In an emergency, disconnect power from the washing machine and wait 2 minutes to open the door. CAUTION – Water may be hot, which could lead to scalding.

IMPORTANT: Do not try to open the door when the washing cycle is not finished, or power supply is cut off during the washing cycle. The temperature may be high enough to present a risk of scalding or burning.

CLEANING & CARE

Disconnect the machine from the power socket before cleaning the machine.

The washing machine must not be hosed down.

Cleaning the exterior

Clean the exterior with a mild non-abrasive cleaning agent or soapy water using a well wrung-out cloth. Wipe dry using a soft cloth.

Do not use solvents, abrasive cleaners, glass cleaners or all-purpose cleaning agents. These may damage the plastic surfaces and other components because of the chemicals they contain.

Cleaning the drum

Clean the drum every 3 months using the "Drum Clean" program.

Cleaning the drawer

Clean the drawer of all detergent residues regularly.

• Pull out the drawer until it stops. Press the release catch at the same time as pulling the drawer to remove it from the machine.
• Remove the siphon from the compartment and clean it.
  • Clean the dispenser using a brush and warm water.

Cleaning the Drawer Housing

Use a bottle brush to remove detergent residues inside the drawer housing.

Cleaning the water inlet filter

Use pointed nose pliers to withdraw the plastic filter. After cleaning, put back and secure. These filters should be checked every 6 months, or more often if there are frequent interruptions to the water supply.

1. Disconnect the machine from the mains electricity supply and open the lower cover with a screwdriver.
