How do I change the weight unit from kg to lb?

Press the 'Unit' button located at the back of the scale to cycle through kg, lb, and st. The default is kg.

How do I set up a user profile?

Press 'Set' to enter setting mode. Use 'Up' or 'Down' to select a user number (P0-P9), then press 'Set' to confirm. Follow the prompts to set Gender, Height, Age, and Sport Mode.

What does the body fat percentage mean?

The body fat percentage indicates the proportion of fat in your body. Normal ranges vary by age and gender. Refer to the body fat analysis table in the manual for healthy ranges.

Can I use this scale if I have a pacemaker?

No, the manual states that if you have a pacemaker or other internal electronic medical device, you should not use this monitor.

Is it safe to use during pregnancy?

No, pregnant women should not use this monitor for safety reasons.

How do I clean the scale?

Keep the scale dry at all times. Wipe it with a dry cloth. Do not submerge it in liquid or expose it to moisture.

What battery does the scale use?

It uses one AAA battery, which is included in the package.

Why does the scale show 0.0 and then not measure?

Make sure you have set up a user profile first. After setting, the scale will show 0.0. Stand barefoot on the metal electrodes and wait for the weight to stabilize. The measurement will then begin automatically.

Can multiple users share the same scale?

Yes, the scale supports up to 10 user profiles (P0-P9). Each user can set their own parameters. The scale can also automatically identify users based on stored weight.

What is the maximum weight the scale can measure?

The maximum capacity is 180 kg (about 397 lb or 28.3 st).

START USING THE BODY COMPOSITION MONITOR

1) Unit Conversion

Press the 'Unit' button located at the back of the body composition monitor to select measuring unit(kg/lb/st). The default unit is Kg.

Note: kg=kilograms, lb=pounds, st=stone

2) Personal Data

You must enter user parameters in order to measure your body fat percentage and other physical data.

3) Weighing and measuring fat

After setting is done, body composition monitor will indicate "0.0"

Stand bare feet on the scale, make sure there is good contact between feet and metal electrodes. Wait for the weight to be displayed stably.

Then 4 'O' will disappear one by one from the left.

After the measurement, the scale circularly displays the BMI, body fat, water, calorie, bone, muscle and weight twice.

Lastly, it will display user's information which allow user to confirm. After which, the display will turn off automatically.

4) Automatic identification range

If you correctly measured the body fat the last time, it will automatically memorize the user's weight. The next measurement, the user can directly stand on the scale to weigh. You will not have to re-enter personal data.

Then 4 'O' will disappear one by one from the left.

LCD will display the BMI, body fat, water, calorie, bone, muscle and weight.

If the scale identify the weight is similar to 2 users or more, you can use 'UP' or 'DOWN' to choose your profile.

5) Evaluation of the results

The following body fat percentages are guided values.
