USE

  1. Wash the whisks and dough hooks before the first use.
  2. Insert the whisks or dough hooks in the electric hand mixer. The dough hooks differ, and the dough hook with the washer must be inserted where the dough hook with washer symbol is shown.

  1. Check that the speed control is in position 0 and insert the plug in the power outlet.
  2. Start the mixer at a low speed and gradually increase to the required speed. There are 5 different speeds to choose from. The electric hand mixer runs at the highest speed when the turbo button is pressed in.

WARNING!

Never put utensils in the bowl while the electric hand mixer is running.

  1. Never run the electric hand mixer for more than 4 minutes at a time. Allow it to cool for 20 minutes before using it again.
  2. Ideally rotate the bowl while whisking for the best result.
  3. When you have finished whisking, put the speed control in the off position (position 0) and pull out the plug.
  4. Scrape off any food from the whisks/dough hooks using a rubber or plastic scraper.
  5. Release the whisks/dough hooks by holding them in one hand and pressing the release button with the other.

NOTE:

  • The speed control must be switched off (position 0) before the whisks and dough hooks are released.
  • The electric hand mixer can stand on its end during pauses in whisking, but the speed control must then be in the switched off (position 0).

MAINTENANCE

  1. Switch off the mixer, pull out the plug and allow the electric hand mixer to cool before cleaning.
  2. Wipe off the outside with a damp cloth and wipe dry with a dry cloth.
  3. Wipe off the power cord, if necessary.
  4. Wash the whisks and dough hooks in warm water and wipe dry with a dish towel. The whisks and dough hooks can be washed in a dishwasher.

WARNING!

The appliance must not be immersed in water in water or any other liquid.
