How do I install batteries in the car and transmitter?

Open the battery compartment on the underside of the car and insert 4 AA batteries (not included) following the polarity marks. For the transmitter, open the back cover and insert 2 AA batteries.

What type of batteries should I use?

Use AA alkaline or rechargeable NiMH batteries. Do not mix old and new or different types.

How do I pair the transmitter with the car?

The car and transmitter are pre-paired at the factory. If needed, turn on the car first, then the transmitter; they should sync automatically within a few seconds.

The car does not respond to the controller. What should I do?

Check that batteries in both the car and transmitter are inserted correctly and have sufficient charge. Ensure the power switches are in the ON position. Try re-pairing by turning both off and on again.

What is the maximum operating range?

The control range is up to 30 meters in open areas. Walls and obstacles may reduce range.

Can I replace the car's battery with a rechargeable pack?

Yes, you can use rechargeable AA batteries. Alternatively, you may purchase a compatible NiMH battery pack from NINCO. Ensure the voltage matches (4.8V for 4 cells).

Is the TIBURON waterproof?

Why does the car run slowly or stop suddenly?

Low batteries are the most common cause. Replace or recharge the batteries. If the motor or gears are jammed, check for debris or hair wrapped around the wheels.

How should I clean the remote control toy?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the body and wheels. Do not use water, solvents, or abrasive cleaners. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth and dry immediately.

Pull the ON/OFF switch of the transmitter to ON position, then open the charging cover beside the transmitter and takeout the charging plug. Insert the charging plug (arrow facing outward) into the charging port of the boat, this time the charging indicator will be ON. It means that is under charging. When the charging indicator is automatically OFF, it means that charging process is finished. After it is fully charged, you can play it for about 6-8 minutes.

2. Take off the batteries from the transmitter before charging.
3. Charging process must be done by an adult
4. Do not mix different batteries or new and old batteries.
5. It is recommended the use of the same type of batteries.

MAINTENANCE

1. Take off the batteries from the transmitter if the vehicle has not been used for a long period of time.
2. After each usage, clean and dry the inside of the toy
