PRZEZNACZENIE

Work bench is an invaluable piece of equipment for small woodworking workshops for all those, who like to tinker at home, in a garage or allotment. Additional advantages of the product are: expandable working top that can be used like a vice, compact size, option to fold flat for storage and transportation, durable steel frame, simple set up and cleaning, small weight (fig. A).

Adjustable, rotating jaws allow for versatile fixing and holding objects of various shapes and sizes, e.g. boards, slats, pins and other items (fig. B, C).

Work bench height was designed optimally to provide very good working conditions.

INSTALLATION

• Join cross-bars (5) and legs (4) with supplied screws, washers and nuts.
• Install guides (2) on work tops (1) with screws. Make sure the work top grooves are positioned inwards.
• Attach guides (2) (with work tops) to legs (4) with supplied screws, washers and nuts.
• Put feet (6) on legs (4) (long side towards outer corner).
• Place jaws (7) in holes of work top (1) accordingly to needs for the task at hand.

CAUTION!

• Before using the work bench make sure that legs are positioned properly and secured with leg spacing support and that they rest on hard, even surface.
• Make sure the feet are placed appropriately to prevent work bench skidding on the ground.

– Never use cross-bars as a ladder step. Do not stand on the work bench.

- Do not excess allowable load of the work bench.

- Put heavy objects on the work bench top delicately, so the load applied to the work bench body increases gradually.

USE

• Space work bench top parts to desired distance by turning cranks located in the guides counterclockwise.
• Place jaws appropriately in the work bench top holes.
• Fix processed workpiece in jaws by turning cranks clockwise.

CAUTION!

• Rotate both cranks at a time to preserve parallel position of two parts of the work bench top.
• Otherwise the guide units may get jammed or damaged.
• If there is no possibility to properly clamp the workpiece, change jaws distance.
• To fold the work bench lift leg spacing supports.
