4.4 CLEARANCE
Allow at least 30cm clearance around the intake and exhaust vent and ensure that the intake vents do not recycle hot air from the exhaust vent.
① Air intake vent
② Air outtake vent

When operating the projector in an enclosed space:
• The surrounding air temperature within the enclosure should not exceed operation temperature while the projector is running
• The air intake and exhaust vents should be unobstructed
- The enclosure should pass a certified thermal evaluation to ensure that the projector does not recycle exhaust air

4.5 CEILING MOUNT
- Screw type: M4×10
• Minimum screw length: 10mm

INFORMATION
"Please note that damage resulting from incorrect installation will void the warranty. If you buy a ceiling mount from another company, please be sure to use the correct screw size. Screw size will vary depending on the thickness of the mounting plate.
4.6 MOUNTING HOLE DIAGRAM
When using a ceiling mount, please be sure to use the correct screw size. Screw size will vary depending on the thickness of the mounting plate.
Be sure to keep at least 10 cm gap between the ceiling and the bottom of the projector.
Avoid installing the projector near a heat source.

5.1 ADJUSTING THE IMAGE HEIGHT AND TILT
The projector's height and tilt can be adjusted with the tilt adjustment feet and ring. Locate the adjustable foot you wish to adjust on the underside of the projector. Rotate the foot clockwise or counterclockwise to raise or lower the projector.

ATTENTION
The remote control may fail to operate if the infrared remote sensor is exposed to bright sunlight or fluorescent lighting.
Incorrect battery usage may cause leakage of battery fluid and battery rupture, which could result in fire, injury or corrosion of the remote. When replacing batteries, take the following precautions.
Do not use batteries of different types or mix old and new batteries.
Remove the batteries if you will not be using the projector for a long period of time.
Do not expose batteries to heat or flame and do not put them in water.
Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations.
Keep batteries out of the reach of children. Batteries are choking hazards and are very dangerous if swallowed.

7.4 REMOTE CONTROL EFFECTIVE RANGE
You can locate the infrared (IR) remote control sensors on the top of the projector next to the keypad and on the front to the left of the lens. Hold the remote control at an angle within 60 degrees perpendicular of the projector's IR remote control sensor. Ensure that there are no obstacles between the remote control and the IR sensor on the projector.
The distance between the remote control and the IR sensor should be less than 12 meters (39.4 feet). If the remote control is less than 20cm (8 inches) from the IR sensor, the remote control might become ineffective. The effective range is approximately 5 meters (16.4 feet) when reflecting the IR beam using a screen. The range will depend on the screen's surface and reflectivity. Direct sunlight or fluorescent lamps can reduce the range of the remote control.
7.5 TURNING THE PROJECTOR ON
- Securely connect the mains cable to the projector and to a mains outlet. When connected, the Power LED will turn red.
- Connect a signal/source cable to a source device and the projector.
- Remove the lens cap.
- Press the Power button on the keypad or the symbol on the remote control.
The ScreenPlay startup screen will appear after approximately 10 seconds. The Power LED will flash blue and then steady blue.

ATTENTION
Make sure that people cannot step on any electrical cables or trip over the cables. Do not put objects on the cables.
7.6 SELECTING A INPUT SOURCE
- Turn on the connected source, such as a computer or DVD player, or connect a digital media player, such as a Google Chromecast.
- Press the Source button on the keypad or remote control to select the input source.
- Play the content on the source device.

INFORMATION
You can set up the projector to automatically detect an active source and turn itself on and project the source content automatically. To turn on this feature, press the Menu button on the remote control or keypad, navigate to Settings > Power Settings > Signal Power, and select On.

INFORMATION
Your projector has a Direct Power On setting. This setting will automatically turn on the projector when a power source is connected. To turn on this feature, press the Menu button on the remote control or keypad, navigate to Settings > Power Settings > Direct Power On, and select on.
7.7 TURNING THE PROJECTOR TO STANDBY MODE
- Press the Power button on the keypad or remote control. The following message will appear: Power Off?
-
Press the Power button again to confirm turning off your projector. If the Power button is not pressed a second time, the message will disappear after 10 seconds and the projector will not turn off. The cooling fans will operate for about 10 seconds and the Power LED will flash blue. When the Power LED changes to solid red, the projector has entered standby mode.
-
Replace the lens cap.

INFORMATION
If you want to turn the projector on again, wait 100 seconds.
Always allow the projector fan to turn off after you power down and before you unplug the projector power cable from the electrical outlet.
7.8 VIEWING 3D CONTENT
Please follow all warnings and precautions as recommended before you or your child use the 3D function of this projector and view 3D projected content.

ATTENTION
Children and teenagers may be more susceptible to health issues associated with viewing in 3D and should be closely supervised when viewing 3D content.
7.8.1 PHOTOSENSITIVE SEIZURE WARNING AND OTHER HEALTH RISKS

ATTENTION
- Some viewers may experience an epileptic seizure or stroke when exposed to specific flashing images or lights contained in certain Projector pictures or video games. If you suffer from or have a family history of epilepsy or strokes, please consult with a medical specialist before using the 3D function.
- Even those without a personal or family history of epilepsy or stroke may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause photosensitive epileptic seizures.
- We recommend that the projectors 3D functionality not be used by pregnant women, sufferers of serious medical conditions, persons who are sleep-deprived or under the influence of alcohol.
- If you experience any of the following symptoms, stop viewing 3D content immediately and consult a medical specialist: (1) altered vision; (2) lightheadedness; (3) dizziness; (4) involuntary movements such as eye or muscle twitching; (5) confusion; (6) nausea; (7) loss of awareness; (8) convulsions; (9) cramps; or (10) disorientation. Children and teenagers may be more likely than adults to experience these symptoms. Parents should monitor their children and ask whether they are experiencing these symptoms.
- Watching 3D projected content may also cause motion sickness, perceptual aftereffects, disorientation, eye strain, and decreased postural stability. Users should take frequent breaks to lessen the potential of these effects. If you have any of the above symptoms, immediately discontinue using this device and do not resume using it for at least thirty minutes after the symptoms have subsided.
- Watching 3D projected content while sitting too close to the screen for an extended period may damage your eyesight. The ideal viewing distance should be at least three times the screen height. We recommend that the viewer's eyes are level with the screen.
- Watching 3D projected content while wearing 3D glasses for an extended period may cause headaches or fatigue. If you experience a headache, tiredness or dizziness, stop viewing the 3D projection and rest.
- Do not use 3D glasses for any other purpose than for watching 3D projected content.
- Wearing the 3D glasses for any other purpose (such as spectacles, sunglasses, protective goggles, etc.) may be physically harmful to you and weaken your eyesight.
- Viewing 3D projected content may cause disorientation for some viewers. Accordingly, DO NOT place your 3D projector near open stairwells, cables, balconies, or other objects that can be tripped over, run into, knocked down, broken or fallen over.
To enable 3D mode, the input frame rate should be set to 60Hz. Other frame rate are not supported. For the best 3D performance, use a resolution of 1920 × 1080 . 4K ( 3840 × 2160 ) resolution is not supported in 3D mode.
