BATTERY INSTALLATION:

The Digital Cooking Thermometer/Timer operates on two (2) AAA batteries, not included. If readings grow dim or irregular the batteries may need to be replaced. (For longer life use alkaline batteries.) To insert the batteries:

COOKING OPERATION:
