How do I use the IBG-225C coffee grinder?

Add coffee beans to the bowl (max 60g), place the lid securely, and press the pulse button in short bursts until desired consistency is reached. Avoid continuous operation for more than 30 seconds to prevent overheating.

Can I grind other ingredients besides coffee?

Yes, the grinder can also be used for spices, nuts, and herbs. However, do not grind extremely hard or wet items to avoid damaging the blades.

How do I clean the grinder?

Unplug the grinder. Remove the bowl and wash it with warm soapy water. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Use the included brush to clean the blade area. Do not immerse the base in water.

What safety features does the grinder have?

The grinder has overheat protection that automatically shuts off when the motor gets too hot. It also has non-slip feet for stability during operation.

Can I adjust the grind size?

The IBG-225C has a fixed blade system. Grind size is controlled by the duration of pulsing: short bursts for coarse, longer for fine. There is no adjustable burr.

14. When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
15. This Conical Grinder is intended for grinding coffee beans for domestic use only. Do not use to grind anything else as this would be damage the appliance.

DESCRIPTION OF PARTS:

HOW TO ASSEMBLE:

1. Place the outer blade into the top inner blade.

Note: Make sure the outer blade is in-between the lines (Please refer to Pic 1).

1. Put the Bean Hopper on the top of the blades (Please refer to Pic 2).

Note: Red Arrow must be aligned in the 📁 icon to properly place the bean hopper into the base unit.

1. Turn the bean hopper clockwise to lock.

2. Put the bean hopper lid on the top of the bean hopper (Please refer to Pic 3)

3. Place the container lid on the top of ground coffee container and put it inside the base housing (Please refer to Pic 2).

HOW TO USE:

Before first use, remove and safely discard all promotional labels and packing materials attached to your Conical Grinder.

1. Wash bean hopper, bean hopper lid, ground coffee container, container lid with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Wipe exterior of grinder with a soft damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
2. Place grinder on flat level surface.
3. Please and plug power cord into convenience outlet.
4. Assemble the accessories accordingly (Refer to HOW TO ASSEMBLE).
5. Put the coffee beans inside the bean hopper.

Note: Make sure that the bean hopper is properly installed in the base housing before putting the coffee beans.

• Bean hopper max capacity is 220g

• DRY COFFEE BEANS are highly recommended to avoid clogging. Oily beans may cause clogging

• Place the bean hopper lid on the top of the bean hopper.

• Turn ON the main power switch.

• Select the desired grind settings by aligning the bean hopper arrow to the 1 to 12 grind settings.

• Select the desired time.

• Press the O/I button to start grinding.
• Wait until the time consume.
  Note: To stop the time while grinding, press O/I button.
• Turn OFF the main switch and unplug the unit after use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:

1. Unplug the Conical Grinder from the convenience outlet before cleaning.
2. Remove the bean hopper by turning the bean hopper counter clockwise and remove the ground coffee container from the base unit.
3. Wipe it with a lint-free cloth to remove any coffee dust and oil build-up.
   Note: Do not use paper towel, as it will leave lint.
4. For any oil residue, clean with a mild soap and warm water. Rinse it immediately to avoid contamination and fully dry the unit.
5. Wipe the outer and inner blade using lint-free cloth or brush to remove coffee dust and oil.
6. Re-assemble the unit.
7. Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratches.
8. To protect from electrical hazards, do not immerse the unit and electric cord in water.
