1. Measure rice with the Measuring Cup provided. One cup of uncooked rice makes approximately 3 cups of cooked rice. Wash the rice in another bowl until water is relatively clear.
2. Transfer the washed rice into the Pan. Add water according to the Water Level Indicator on the Pan. (e.g., To cook '10' cups of rice, add water to Water Level Indicator '10'.)

The Water Level Indicator of the Pan is for reference. Adjust the amount of water to your personal taste. Level the rice evenly after water adjustment is completed.

NOTE: Do not cook less than minimum specified capacity (Refer to Specifications table on page 14).

1. Place the Pan into the Body. In order to place it correctly on the Heating Plate, turn the Pan gently to right and left. Cover with the Lid and let the rice soak approximately 30 minutes for better rice cooking.
