SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- This appliance may only be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are supervised or have been given instructions concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.
- Never leave unattended when in use. Keep an eye on any children in the vicinity of the appliance when it is in use. The appliance is not a toy.
- Incorrect use of this appliance may cause personal injury or damage the appliance.
- Use for the intended purpose only. The manufacturer is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from incorrect use or handling (see also Warranty Terms).
- For domestic use only. Not for outdoor or commercial use.

- Remove all packaging and transport materials from the inside and outside of the appliance.
- Check that the appliance has no visible damage and that no parts are missing.
- Check that it is not possible to pull or trip over the cord of the appliance's USB cable during charging.
• Turn off the appliance before cleaning and when not in use. - Keep the USB cable and appliance away from heat sources, hot objects and naked flames.

Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped on the floor or in water, or has been damaged in any other way.
- The appliance may only be connected to a 5 V USB power supply using the USB cable supplied. The warranty is not valid if it is connected to the wrong voltage.
- Never try to repair the appliance yourself. Please contact the store where you bought the appliance for repairs under warranty.
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications will invalidate the warranty.
- Do not use accessories or spare parts which do not come from the supplier.

- Do not use the appliance from the neck upwards, and on sensitive areas.

Use the USB cable provided to connect the appliance to a 5V DC USB power output to charge the appliance.
A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and provides 60 minutes of operating power.
The indicator light (9) comes on red during charging and will turn green after completion.
NOTE: THIS PRODUCT CAN NOT BE CHARGED BY FAST CHARGING ADAPTOR. DON'T USE THE APPLIANCE DURING CHARGING.
USE
The appliance helps to increase blood circulation, reduces muscle soreness/aches and promotes recovery after exercise.
- Insert the massage head (A/B/C/D) into the socket (2) to attach it onto the appliance.

- Switch on the appliance by long pressing the on/off button (5). The appliance starts on default at the gear 10 setting. The number of the gear setting is displayed.
- Press the increase button (5), or the decrease button (7) repeatedly to adjust the gear setting to have the massage intensity desired. There are 32 gears totally.
- Press the massage head (3) against the skin with a firm grip on the appliance handle (1).
- Each massage process will automatically stop in 15 minutes. Or stop the massage by long pressing on the On/off button (5).
NOTE: ALWAYS LET THE APPLIANCE COOLING DOWN BETWEEN
2 MASSAGE CYCLES. NEVER RUN
THE APPLIANCE FOR TOO LONG TIME.
CLEANING
- The appliance must never be exposed to or immersed in water.
- Do not use scouring powder, steel wool or other aggressive cleaning materials to clean the appliance, as they can scratch the surface of the device.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the appliance instead.
- The removable massage heads can be washed in warm soapy water.
- Make sure they are completely dry before fitting them on the appliance again.
