How do I clean the Innoliving INN-577 heater?
Always unplug the heater before cleaning. Use a soft brush or vacuum to remove dust from the air intake and outlet grilles. Do not use water or abrasive cleaners.
Can I use the heater in a bathroom?
No, the INN-577 is not designed for damp environments. It should only be used in dry indoor areas to avoid electrical hazards.
What does the tip-over switch do?
The tip-over switch automatically turns off the heater if it is accidentally knocked over, preventing fire hazards.
Why does the heater turn off by itself?
The unit has overheat protection. If it exceeds safe temperature, it will shut off. Allow it to cool, then check for blocked airflow or dirty filters.
How much electricity does the INN-577 consume?
The heater has a power rating of 2000W at maximum setting. Actual consumption depends on the thermostat and fan speed selected.
Is the heater suitable for a bedroom?
Yes, it is quiet enough for bedroom use (approx. 45 dB). However, never leave it unattended while sleeping.
What should I do if the heater emits a burning smell?
A slight burning smell on first use is normal as manufacturing residues burn off. If persistent, turn off and disconnect, then contact customer service.

It is not recommended. If necessary, use a heavy-duty cord rated for at least 2000W and ensure it is fully unwound to prevent overheating.
How do I adjust the thermostat?
Turn the thermostat knob clockwise for higher temperature. Once the room reaches the set temperature, the heater will cycle on and off to maintain it.
