Yes, the door is reversible. You can change the hinges to open from the left or right. Refer to the user manual for step-by-step instructions and necessary tools.
What should I do if the interior light doesn't work?
First, check if the bulb (LED) needs replacement. If it's not the bulb, the switch or wiring may be faulty. Contact Scancool service for assistance.
How can I improve energy efficiency?
Ensure the door is properly closed and the gasket is clean. Keep the refrigerator away from heat sources and allow space around the appliance for ventilation. Defrost regularly and avoid overloading.
The refrigerator is not cooling enough. What could be wrong?
Check that the thermostat is set correctly, the door is sealing, and the condenser coils are clean. If the problem persists, the compressor or cooling system may need professional repair.
Is it normal for the back of the refrigerator to get hot?
Yes, the condenser coils on the back dissipate heat. It is normal for them to feel warm to the touch, especially in warm environments. Ensure good airflow around the appliance.
