Note: Place product high up on the door, out of the reach of children.

Installation:

Open the door as wide as it will go.

Hold up product to door gap at hinge level with the MAX GAP gauge racing up (Fig.1).

If the door gap exceeds the MAX GAP distance marked on the product, attach the Finger Pinch Preventer to the edge of the door above the hinge (Fig. 2).

If the gap does not exceed the MAY GAP distance.

If the gap does not exceed the MAX GAP distance, insert the product into the gap with the open end first (Fig 3). Rotate the Finger Pinch Preventer so it is parallel with the floor (Fig 4).

Note:

the product can be hung on the door knob during periods of non-use (Fig 5).
