How do I connect my laptop to the projector?

Use a VGA or HDMI cable depending on available ports. Plug the cable into the projector (VGA1 or HDMI1 input) and into your computer. Turn on the projector, then select the corresponding source using the Input button or direct keys (VGA1, HDMI1) on the remote control.

How do I clean the dust filter?

Turn off the projector and unplug it. Remove the dust filter (see illustration in the manual). Gently clean it with a vacuum cleaner or replace it. After replacement, reset the counter via the menu Options > Filter Settings > Cleaning Reminder.

How do I adjust the size of the projected image?

The size is determined by the projection distance. For an ultra-short throw projector like the ZW400USTi, the diagonal ranges from 80 to 100 inches (1080p) or 85 to 115 inches (WXGA). Use the digital zoom (Zoom Forward/Backward keys on the remote) for fine adjustment.

What should I do if the image is distorted (keystone)?

Use the Keystone +/ keys on the remote or adjust keystone correction in the menu Screen > V Keystone. Adjust until the image is rectangular.

Can I use the projector wirelessly?

Yes, via an optional wireless dongle. Plug it into the USB port, then select the Multimedia source. Use the EZ-View app on your mobile device or computer to stream your files.

How do I activate 3D mode?

In the 3D menu, set the 3D option to Yes or Auto. Wear DLP Link glasses. If the image is overlapping, use 3D Inversion. Supported formats are Frame Packing, Side-by-Side (Half), Top and Bottom.

How do I reset to factory settings?

Go to the Settings menu, select Reset to default settings and confirm with Yes. This will restore all settings except the lamp counter.

The projector does not turn on, what should I check?

Make sure the power cord is plugged in and the POWER/STANDBY LED is orange. If the LED flashes red, refer to the Warning LED section. Wait for the cooling to finish before trying again.

How do I use the USB multimedia function?

Plug a USB flash drive into the USB type A port. Press Input, select Multimedia, then choose the file type (photo, video, music, document). Navigate with the directional keys and press Enter to start playback.

How do I replace the remote control battery?

Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote. Insert two AAA batteries respecting polarity. Close the compartment. The remote uses an infrared transmitter, be careful not to obstruct the sensor on the projector.
