What is the projection distance for a 100-inch image?

With a throw ratio of 0.25:1, place the projector about 30 cm from the wall to get a 100-inch diagonal image.

How to replace the projector lamp?

Turn off and unplug the device, wait for it to cool. Open the lamp compartment on the side, unclip the old lamp and insert the new one. Replace the cover and reset the lamp counter in the menu.

Can I use the projector without the air filter?

No, the air filter is essential to prevent dust from entering. Always use the filter and clean it regularly.

How to correct a distorted image?

Use the vertical and horizontal keystone correction knobs located on top of the projector or in the Image Settings menu.

Does the projector support 4K?

The ZW400UST has a native WUXGA (1920x1200) resolution. It accepts 4K signals via HDMI, but displays them at reduced resolution.

Can I connect external speakers?

Yes, use the 3.5 mm audio output to connect amplified speakers. The built-in 10 W speaker may suffice for a small room.

How to clean the lens?

Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth. If necessary, lightly dampen with optical cleaner. Never use abrasive products.

What is the procedure to mount the projector on the ceiling?

Use a compatible ceiling mount kit. Attach the bracket to the projector with the provided screws, then to the ceiling while respecting weight limits. Ensure the image is straight.

Does the projector get very hot?

Yes, ventilation is active. Leave at least 30 cm of free space around the ventilation grilles to prevent overheating.

How to reset to factory settings?

Go to the Setup menu, select Reset and confirm. This erases all custom settings.
