Insert 2 AA batteries into the outdoor sensor first, then 2 AA batteries into the main unit. The sensor will automatically synchronize. Wait for 10 minutes for the first reading.

The sensor may be out of range or batteries low. Ensure the sensor is within 330 feet (open air) and try resetting by removing batteries from both units for 30 seconds, then reinsert.
How does the atomic clock work?
The station receives the WWVB signal from Fort Collins, Colorado, to automatically set time and date. Place the unit near a window facing Colorado for best reception, especially at night.
