Wie schließe ich den Verstärker an die Stromversorgung an?

Verbinden Sie das +12V-Kabel direkt mit dem Pluspol der Fahrzeugbatterie. Installieren Sie eine Sicherung (nicht im Lieferumfang) so nah wie möglich an der Batterie. Das GND-Kabel muss an einer sauberen, blanken Metallstelle des Fahrzeugchassis angeschlossen werden. Das Remote-Kabel verbinden Sie mit dem Remote-Ausgang des Radios.

Was bedeutet die grüne LED am Verstärker?

Die grüne Power-LED leuchtet, wenn der Verstärker eingeschaltet ist. Wenn sie nicht leuchtet, überprüfen Sie die Stromversorgung und das Remote-Signal.

Warum habe ich keinen Ton?

Überprüfen Sie: 1) ob die Power-LED leuchtet, 2) die Sicherungen, 3) das Remote-Kabel, 4) die Signalkabel (RCA), 5) die Lautsprecheranschlüsse und 6) die Lautstärke des Radios.

Wie stelle ich die Eingangsempfindlichkeit ein?

Drehen Sie den Level-Regler im Uhrzeigersinn, um die Empfindlichkeit zu erhöhen (200 mV bis 6 V). Dies ist kein Lautstärkeregler, sondern passt die Eingangsempfindlichkeit an die Signalquelle an.

Was tun, wenn der Verstärker überhitzt?

Die Schutz-LED leuchtet bei Übertemperatur. Sorgen Sie für ausreichende Belüftung und montieren Sie den Verstärker an einem Ort mit guter Luftzirkulation.

Kann ich Hochpegel- und Niedrigpegeleingänge gleichzeitig nutzen?

Nein, verwenden Sie entweder den Low Input (RCA) oder den High Input (Lautsprecherkabel), aber nicht beide gleichzeitig.

Welche Lautsprecherimpedanz ist erlaubt?

Die genaue Impedanz wird in der Anleitung nicht spezifiziert. Für 2-Kanal-Verstärker sind üblich 4 Ohm pro Kanal. Überprüfen Sie die Impedanz mit einem Multimeter, um Schäden zu vermeiden.

Wie schließe ich die Remote-Leitung an?

Die Overload-LED leuchtet bei einem Kurzschluss an den Lautsprechern oder wenn der Verstärker überhitzt. Überprüfen Sie die Lautsprecherkabel und die Belüftung.

Kann ich den Verstärker brücken?

Die Anleitung gibt an, dass der Verstärker nicht brückbar ist (NOT Bridgable). Verwenden Sie ihn daher nur als 2-Kanal-Verstärker.

Controls

Level Adjustment:

This control adjusts the amplifier's input sensitivity. Input sensitivity is variable from 200 Millivolts to 6 Volt. Turn the control clockwise to increase sensitivity. Turning the control counter-clockwise will decrease sensitivity. This control is not a volume control for the amplifier. The amplifier can be driven to full power with a wide range of signal levels. A low level signal will require increased sensitivity for full power. A high level signal will require decreased sensitivity.

RCA Inputs:

These inputs are for signal cables from a source unit. Always use high quality RCA cables.

GND (Chassis ground):

To avoid unwanted ignition noise caused by ground loops, it is essential that the amplifier be grounded to a clean, bare metal surface of the vehicles chassis.

+12V (Battery positive):

Due to the power requirements of the Amplifier, this connection should be made directly to the positive (+)terminal of the battery. For safety measure, install an in-line fuse Holder (not included) as close to the battery positive (+) terminal as possible with an ampere rating not to exceed total value of fuses on the Amplifier.

Remote Turn-On Input:

Connect to remote turn-on wire of head unit. The amplifier is turned "ON" remotely when the vehicle's head unit is turned "ON".

Power Indicator LED:

This Green LED will illuminate when the amplifier is turned "ON

TROUBLE SHOOTING

SYMPTOM	CHECK POINT	CURE
NO SOUND.	Is the power LED illuminated?	1. Check flux in amplifier.2. Be sure Turn-on load is connected.3. Check signal leads.4. Check park gate control.5. Check Tuner/Deck volume level.6. Clean contacts on fault holders.

AMP NOT SWITCHING ON.	No power to power wire.	Repair power wire or connections.

	Fuse broken.	Replace Fuse.
NO SOUND IN ONE CHANNEL.	Check Speaker Leads.	Inspect for short circuit. Check for open Connection.
	Check Speaker load.	Check speaker load leads Reverse Left and Right RCA inputs to determine if it is occurring before the amp.
AMP TURNING OFF AT MEID HIGH VOLUME.	Check Speaker load impedance.	Inspect that speaker load impedance recommendations are followed. Check writing configuration for speakers. We verify proper load impedance, use an OHM timer to measure the total load for each channel of the amplifier.
SYSTEM PROTECTION LED IS LIT	Temperature Shut-down.	Check for proper air ventilation Change amplitude in location.
