Introduction

Thank you for purchasing a SilverCrest product. The SilverCrest car spiral cable SSK 3 A2, hereafter referred to as spiral cable, serves as the extension cable of your power outlet and offers a flexible power supply in your car, regardless of where the power outlet is positioned. The spiral cable can be extended to a length of approx. 300cm.

Intended use

This spiral cable is not designed for commercial use or operation in a company, but solely for private purposes in cars, caravans or camping vehicles with 12V / 24V vehicle equipment. Any other use is not as intended.

This spiral cable meets all relevant norms and standards in conjunction with CE conformity. In the event of any modification to the spiral cable that was not approved by the manufacturer, compliance with these standards is no longer guaranteed. The manufacturer does not accept any liability for any resulting damage or faults in such cases.

Please observe the regulations and laws in the country of use.

Safety instructions

Before using the spiral cable (A) for the first time, please read the following instructions carefully even if you are familiar with using electronic devices. Store these operating instructions in a safe place for future reference. If you pass on the spiral cable (A) to someone else, be sure to always include

these operating instructions. They are an integral part of the device.

DANGER! This symbol indicates an imminent dangerous situation which, if not prevented, could result in serious injury or even death.

WARNING! This symbol indicates important information for safe operation of the device and the safety of the user.

Operating environment

The spiral cable (A) may be used only within a vehicle, and must not be used outdoors. It is not designed for use in environments with a high temperature or humidity, and must be kept free from dust. Operating temperatures and operating air humidity: -10°C to +45°C, max. 85% rel. air humidity.

DANGER! Ensure that

• no direct heat sources (e.g. heating) can affect the spiral cable (A) because it may be damaged otherwise.
• the spiral cable (A) is not exposed to direct sunlight or bright artificial light because it may be damaged otherwise.
• no fire sources (e.g. burning candles) are placed on or near the spiral cable (A); there is a risk of fire.
• the spiral cable (A) is not covered during operation. There will be a risk of overheating otherwise!
• no foreign objects penetrate the device because there is a risk of a short circuit.
• contact with dripping water and splashes and corrosive liquids is prevented and the spiral cable (A) is never operated near water; in particular, it should never be immersed (do not place any objects filled with liquids, e.g. vases or drinks, on or near the spiral cable (A); there is a risk of fire or a short circuit).
• the spiral cable (A) is not exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations as this could result in condensation and electrical short circuits; there is a risk of fire. If the spiral cable (A) was subjected to extreme temperature fluctuations, however, wait (approx. 2 hours) until the device has reached ambient temperature before use.

DANGER! Children and persons with disabilities

Electrical devices do not belong in the hands of children. Persons with disabilities should also only use electrical devices appropriately. Never allow children or persons with disabilities to use electrical devices unsupervised. They may not recognise potential risks. Small parts can be fatal if swallowed. Always keep plastic packaging out of reach also. It poses a suffocation risk.

DANGER! Road safety

Road safety always comes first! Always position the spiral cable (A) in your vehicle so that it does not obstruct you when driving. When laying it in your vehicle, ensure that your field of vision is not restricted by the spiral cable (A). The spiral cable (A) must never be mounted in the inflation range of an air bag. There is a risk of accident and injury.

First use

WARNING! The overall power of the spiral cable (A) is 10A. Make sure that the total power consumption of all connected devices does not exceed this value.

Depending on the position of your power outlet and the extension of the spiral cable (A), it may be useful to secure the spiral cable (A) so that it is not pulled out of the power outlet inadvertently.

• Insert the plug (1) of the spiral cable (A) into the power outlet of your vehicle and secure the spiral cable (A) so that it is not pulled out inadvertently.
• In some vehicles, the ignition must first be turned on so that the power outlet can supply power. For further details, please read the operating instructions for your car.
• Then insert the plug of the 12V or connected into the car power outlet 12V / 24V (2) of the spiral cable (A).

Cleaning / maintenance

The spiral cable (A) does not contain any parts that require servicing or cleaning. Ensure that the spiral cable (A) does not become dirty.

WARNING! Clean the spiral cable (A) with a slightly damp cloth if it becomes dirty. Do not use any solvents, corrosive or gaseous cleaning agents. The spiral cable (A) may be damaged otherwise.

Replacing fuse

WARNING! If it is necessary to change a fuse, you must ensure that only a fuse of the same type is used (see technical data).

If the connected 12V or 24V device does not work, although the power outlet is supplied with power, the fuse of the spiral cable (A) is probably defective and must be replaced.

Proceed as follows:

• Pull out the spiral cable (A) from the power outlet of your vehicle.
• Carefully lift the fuse cover on the plug (1) of the spiral cable (A) and turn it to the side so that you can then access the fuse.
• Then grip the defective fuse (arrow) with a suitable tool, for example, a flat screwdriver, and remove it from the holder.
• Replace the fuse with a new fuse of the same type.
• Insert the plug (1) of the spiral cable (A) into the power outlet of your vehicle.
  • The spiral cable (A) is now ready to use again.

Environmental and disposal information

When the crossed out wheelie bin symbol appears on a product, this indicates that the product is subject to the European Directive 2012/19/EU.

All old electrical and electronic devices must be separated from normal household waste and disposed of at designated state facilities. The correct disposal of old devices in this manner will prevent environmental pollution and human health hazards. For further information about proper disposal, contact your local authorities, waste disposal office or the shop where you bought the device.

Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally compatible manner. Cardboard can be put out for municipal paper collections or brought to public collection points for recycling. Films and plastic used for packaging the device are collected by your local disposal services and disposed of in an environmentally compatible manner.

This device is sold with three years warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep the original receipt in a safe place as proof of purchase. Before using your product for the first time, please read the enclosed documentation. Should any problems arise which cannot be solved in this way, please call our hotline. Please have the article number and, if available, the serial number to hand for all enquiries. If it is not possible to solve the problem on the phone, our hotline support staff will initiate further servicing procedures depending on the fault. Within the warranty period the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge as we deem appropriate. No new warranty period commences if the product is repaired or replaced. Consumables such as batteries, rechargeable batteries and lamps are not covered by the warranty.

Your statutory rights towards the seller are not affected or restricted by this warranty.

ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣΙ Προσίχετε τα εξής:

• va μην εκτίθεται το σπειροειδές καλώδιο (A) απευθείος σε πηγές θερμότητας (π.χ. θερμαντικά σώματα), διαφορετικά μπορεί να υποστεί ζημιά.
• να μην πέφτει στο σπειροσιδές, καλώδιο (Α) ἀμεσο ηλιακό φως ή έντονο τεχνητό φως, διαφορετικά μπορεί να υποστεί ζημιά.
• να μην υπάρχουν πάνω ή δίπλα στο σπυροιδίς καλώδιο (Α) πηγές γυμνής φλόγας (π.χ. αναμμένα κεριά), υπάρχαι κίνδυνος πυρκαγιάς.
• va μην καλύπεται τα σπειροειδίς καλάδιο (Α) κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτουργίος. Κινδυνος υπερθέρμανσης!
  • να μην εισχωρήσουν στο εσωτερικό του ζένα όώματα, υπάρχαι κίνδυνος βραχυκυκλώματος.

Υπάρχει κίνδυνος ατυχήματος και τρασματιφωύ.

'Εναρξη λειτουργίας

ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ Το μέγιστο επιρεπό συνολικό φορτίο του σπαροιδούς καλωδίου (Α) ανέρχεται σε 10 Α. Προστέξτε ώστε η συνολική κατανάλωση ρεύματος όλων των συνδεδεμένων συσκειών να μην υπερβαίνει αυτήν την πημή.

Ανεζάρητα από τη θέση της πρίζας ρεύματος του οχήματός σος και το τέντωρα του σπειροείδούς καλώδίου [A], Ισως είναι σκόπιμο να στερεώνετε το σπειροείδές καλώδιο [A] εκτός της πρίζας ρεύματος του οχήματος για να μην τροβηχτεί κατά λάθος.

• Συνδίστε το βύσμα (1) του σπιροσιδούς καλώδίου (Α) στην πρίζα ρεύματος του οχήματός σας και στερεώστε το σπιροσιδές καλώδιο (Α) για να μην τραβηχτεί κατά λάθος.

• Συνδέστε το βύσμα της συσκευής 12 V ή 24 V που θέλετε να συνδέστε στην πρίζα αυτοκινήτου 12 V / 24 V (2) του σπειροειδούς καλωδίου (A).

Αλλαγή ασφάλειας

ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ Iν χρισστί να αντικατασήσε την ασφάλεια, πρίπει να λάβετε οπωσδήποτε υπόψη ότι επτρίπεται μόνο η χρήση ασφαλείας του ίδίου τύπου (βλίπε Τεχνικά στοιχείο).

Σε περίπτωση που η συοκωή 12 V ή 24 V δεν λειπουργεί, αν και η πρίζα ρεύματος του οχήματος τροφοδοτείται με ρεύμα, έχει πιθανόν και η ασφάλεια του σπειροειδούς καλωδίου (Α) και πρέπαι να αντικατασταθεί.

Για το οκοπό αυτόν, προχωρήστε ως εξής:

• Βγάλτε το σπειροειδές καλώδιο (Α) από την πρίζο ρεύματος του οχήματός σας.
• Ανασηκώστε προσεκτικά το κάλυμμα ασφολείας στο βύσμα (1) του σπειροειδους καλυδίου (A) και στρέψτε το στο πλάι, για να μπορίσει να πάσει εν συνεχτία την αοφάλεια.
  • Πιάστε τώρο την καμένη ασφάλειο (βέλος) με καπάλληλο εργαλείο, π.χ. με κοινό κατοαβίδι, και τραβήξε την από την ασφαλειολαβή.
• Αντικαταστήσε την ασφάλια με καινεύργιο ασφάλια του ιδίου τύπου.

• Συνδέστε ξανά το βύσμα (1) του σπειροειδούς καλωδίου (A) στην πρίζα ρεύματος του οχήματός σας.
  • Το σπειραειδίς καλάδιο (Α) είναι και πάλι έταιμο για λυτουργίο.

Συντήρηση / καθαρισμός

Το σπειροείδές καλώδιο (Α) δεν περιέχει κανένα εξάρτημα που επιδέχεται συντήρηση ή καθαρισμό. Προσέχετε να μην λερυθεί το σπειροείδές καλώδιο (Α).

ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗΙ Αν λερωθεί το σπειροειδές καλώδιο (Α), καθαρίστε το με ελαφρώς υγρό πανί. Μη χρησμοποικήτε διαλυτικά, διαβρωτικά ή αίτριας μορφής μέσα καθαρισμού. Μπορεί να υποστεί ζημιά το σπειροειδές καλώδιο (Α).

Υποδείξεις για την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος και πληροφορίες απόρριψης

Οιαν κάποιο προϊόν φίρει το παρόν σύμβαλο διαγραμμίνου κάδου, το προϊόν αυτό γημίπτα στες διατάξεις της Ευρωπαϊκής Οδηγίκς 2012/19/EU.

Ολες οι πλεκτρικές και πλεκτρονικές συσκυεύς πρίπει να απορρίπονται χωριστά από τια ισικιακά απορρήματο, σε τίσους που ήχουν προβλεφθεί αδικό για το ακοπό αυών από το κράπος. Με την ενδελγμένη απόρρψη της παλαιάς συσκυεύς αποφείγονται επιπώσεις στο περίβόλλον και η διακινδύνευση της ανθρόπηνις υγείας. Περοιτέρω πληροφορίες σχετικά με την προβλεπόμενη απόρρψη της παλαιάς συσκυεύς μπαρείτε να πάρετε από τις δημοπέκες ερχετε, τον αρφόδιο φορεία διαχείρισης απορριμάτων ή από το κατάστημα άπου αγοφάσσατε το προϊόν.

Kai η συκευασία πρίπει να απορρίπται τε πρότα φιλικό προς το περβαλλον. Τα χερτώνα της συκευασίας μπορούν να παραδοδούν σε απημεία συλλογής χρησιπομαιθμένου χαρπού ή σε δημόσιους φορίες συλλογής για ανακέκεωση. Για τη συσκευή αυτή λαμβόνοτε γεγύηση 3 πών από την ηρεμοργινα αγοράς. Παρακαλούψε να φυλαζάστε το πρωότυπο της τομεισκής αγοράξης κως απόδαξη για την αγορά. Πριν θέσσε τε λαιουργία το προϊόν, παρακαλούψε να διαβαστε τη συνοδευτική τεκμηρίωση. Σε περίπωση που παρουσιαστιέ ένα πρόβλημα το οποίο δεν μπορεί να επλυθεί με αυτό τον τρότο, απιδυνθείτε στην ανική μας γραμφή επικονωνίας. Παρακαλούψε για κάθε ερότημα νε έχτε πε στομότητο τον αριθμό είδους (IIAN) ή αν υπόρχει, τον αριθμό σεράς. Σε περίπωση που δεν είναι εφική μια τηλεφωνική λύση, μέσω της ανοικής μας γρωμφής διακανονίζεται περαπίρω εξυπηρήση ανάλογα με την σίπα του σφάλμος. Einleitung

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für ein Produkt von SilverCrest entschieden haben. Das SilverCrest KFZ-Spiralkabel SSK 3 A2, im Folgenden als Spiralkabel bezeichnet, dient als Verlängerungskabel Ihrer Bordsteckdose und bietet Ihnen eine flexible Stromversorgung in Ihrem KFZ, unabhängig davon, wo die Bordsteckdose positioniert ist. Dabei lässt sich das Spiralkabel auf eine Länge von ca. 300 cm ziehen.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Dieses Spiralkabel ist nicht für den Betrieb in einem Unternehmen bzw. den gewerblichen Einsatz vorgesehen, sondern ausschließlich für den privaten Gebrauch in KFZ, Wohnmobilen oder Campingfahrzeugen mit 12V/- 24V-Bordausstattung. Jede andere Verwendung ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß.

Dieses Spiralkabel erfüllt alle im Zusammenhang mit der CE-Konformität relevanten Normen und Standards. Bei einer nicht mit dem Hersteller abgestimmten Änderung des Spiralkabels ist die Einhaltung dieser Normen nicht mehr gewöhleistet. Aus

Betriebsumgebung

Das Spirolkabel (A) darf nur innerhalb eines Fahrzeugs, also nicht im Freien, verwendet werden. Es ist nicht für den Betrieb in Räumen mit hoher Temperatur oder Luftfeuchtigkeit oder übermäßigem Staubaufkommen ausgelegt. Betriebstemperatur und Betriebsluftfeuchtigkeit: -10 °C bis +45 °C, max. 85 % rel. Feuchte.

GEFAHRI Achten Sie darauf, dass

• keine direkten Wörmequellen (z. B. Heizungen) auf das Spiralkabel (A) wirken, ansonsten könnte dieses beschädigt werden.
• kein direktes Sonnenlicht oder starkes Kunstlicht auf das Spiralkabel (A) trifft, ansonsten könnte dieses beschädigt werden.
• keine offenen Brandquellen (z. B. brennende Kerzen) auf oder neben dem Spiralkabel (A) stehen; es besteht Brandgefahr.
• das Spiralkabel (A) während des Betriebes nicht abgedeckt werden darf. Überhitzungsgefahr!
• keine Fremdkörper eindringen; es besteht Kurzschlussgefahr.
• der Kontakt mit Spritz- und Tropfwasser und aggressiven Flüssigkeiten vermieden wird und das Spiralkabel (A) nicht in der Nähe von Wasser betrieben wird, insbesondere darf es niomals untergetoucht werden |Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeiten gefühlten Gegenstände, z. B. Vasen oder Getränke auf oder neben das Spiralkabel (A); es besteht Brand- und Kurzschlussgefahr.
• das Spiralkabel (A) keinen übermäßigen Temperatur- schwankungen ausgesetzt wird, da sonst Luftfeuchtigkeit kondensieren und zu elektrischen Kurzschlüssen führen kann; es besteht Brandgefahr. Wurde das Spiralkabel (A) jedoch starken Temperatur- schwankungen ausgesetzt, warten Sie (ca. 2 Stunden) mit der Inbetriebnahme, bis es die Umgebungstemperatur angenommen hat.

Lassen Sie Kinder und Personen mit Einschränkungen niemals unbecufsichtigt elektrische Geräte benutzen. Diese Personengruppen können mögliche Gefahren nicht immer richtig erkennen. Kleintelle können beim Verschlucken lebensgefährlich sein. Halten Sie auch die Verpackungsfolien fern. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr.

GEFAHR! Verkehrssicherheit

Verkehrssicherheit geht immer vor Platzierten Sie das Spirolkabel [A] in Ihrem Fahrzeug immer so, dass dieses Sie bei der Bodionung Ihros Fahrzeugs nicht behindert. Achten Sie bei der Verlegung darauf, dass Ihr Sichtbereich durch das Spirolkabel [A] nicht eingeschränkt wird. Keinesfalls darf das Spirolkabel [A] im Auslösebereich eines Airbags montiert werden. Es besteht Unfall- und Verletzungsgefahr.

Inbetriebnahme

WARNUNG DI Gesamtbelastbarkeit des Spiralkabels (A) beträgt 10A. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Summe der Stromaufnahme aller angeschlossenen Verbraucher diesen Wert nicht überschreitet.

Abhängig von der Position Ihrer Bordstecklose und der Dehnung des Spiralkabels (A) kann es sinnvoll sein, das Spiralkabel (A) gegen unbeabsichtigtes Herausziehen aus der Bordstecklose zu fixieren.

• Stecken Sie den Stecker (1) des Spirolkabels (A) in die Bordsteckdose Ihres Fahrzeugs und fixieren Sie das Spiolkabel (A) gegen unbeabsichtigtes Herausziehen.
• Bei einigen Fahrzeugen muss zuerst die Zündung eingeschaltet werden, damit Spannung an der Bordsteckdose anliegt. Beachten Sie die Dokumentation Ihres KFZ.
• Stecken Sie nun den Stecker Ihres anzuschließenden 12V, bzw. 24V-Gerätes in die KFZ-Steckdose 12V / 24V (2) des Spirolkabels (A).

Sicherung auswechseln

WARNUNG! Sollte es notwendig sein, die Sicherung zu erneuern, ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass nur eine Sicherung gleichen Typs verwendet werden darf (siehe technische Daten).

Falls Ihr angeschlossenes 12V, bzw. 24V-Gerät nicht funktioniert, obwohl die Bordsteckdose mit Strom versorgt wird, ist vermutlich die Sicherung des Spiralkabels (A) defekt und muss erneuert werden.

Gehen Sie dazu folgendermaßen vor;

• Ziehen Sie das Spiralkabel (A) aus der Bordsteckdose Ihres Fahrzeugs.
• Heben Sie die Sicherungsabdeckung am Stecker (1) des Spiralkabels (A) vorsichtig an und drehen Sie diese zur Seite, damit Sie anschließend die Sicherung greifen können.
• Greifen Sie nun die defekte Sicherung (Pfeil) mit einem geeignetem Werkzeug, z. B. einem flachen Schraubendreher, und ziehen Sie diese aus der Halterung heraus.

• Ersetzen Sie die Sicherung durch eine neue Sicherung gleichen Typs.
• Stecken Sie den Stecker (1) des Spiralkobels (A) wieder in die Bordsteckdose Ihres Fahrzeugs.
  • Das Spiralkabel [A] ist jetzt wieder betriebsbereit.

Wartung / Reinigung

Das Spiralkabel (A) beinhaltet keine zu wartenden oder zu reinigenden Teile. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Spiralkabel (A) nicht verunreinigt wird.

WARNUNGI Reinigen Sie das Spiralkabel (A) bei einer Verschmutzung mit einem leicht angefeuchteten Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine Lösungsmittel, ätzende oder gasförmige Reinigungsmittel. Das Spiralkabel (A) könnte beschädigt werden.

Entsorgungsangaben

Wenn dieses Symbol eines durchgestrichenen Abfalleimers auf einem Produkt angebracht ist, unterliegt dieses Produkt der europäischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU.

Alle Elektro- und Elektronikaltgeräte müssen getrennt vom Hausmüll über dafür staatlich vorgesehene Stellen entsorgt werden. Mit der ordnungsgemäßen Entsorgung des alten Gerätes vermeiden Sie Umweltschöden und eine Gefährdung der persönlichen Gesundheit.
